Wow I wish I read the yelp reviews before coming here…read more 1.) They don't speak English 2.) they charge you a $22 spa charge. 3.) it's right next to the main road all you hear is cars driving by and honking 4.) that was NOT a massage. They just dump oil on you and rub you down with no pressure no thought to it. 5.) the girl that did me kept pinching my skin with her nails like 5+ times 6.) I kept hearing her breath hard 7.) she was using her dorsal side to rub my back and her bones kept hitting my spine which hurt and just wasn't professional. 8.) there was absolutely no massaging after they put hot stone on you... they tapped out backs/ like karate chop hits...... few times and they were done.... 9.) the people doing the massage are not certified 10.) this is just rubbing with oil and she dropped the bottle on me and spilled Read Robert's review- it's pretty spot on. Very disappointing and waste of money.

I purchased a Groupon for the "Enhanced Best Gift Spa Package" at Mint Wellness Center of Miami and…read morecan honestly say this was the most disappointing, unprofessional, and painful spa visit I've ever had. I want to warn others so you don't waste your time or money. First off, the woman assigned to me did not speak any English. When I politely tried to explain that most spas do facials at the end of the session (so my freshly treated face wouldn't be crushed into a massage table), she ignored me and kept repeating that everything had to be done in her order. When I asked if she was licensed as either a massage therapist or esthetician, she simply stared blankly at me -- she clearly was not trained or certified in either. And that's exactly what the whole session felt like: someone completely untrained. My "massage" lasted maybe 10 minutes total and consisted of oil being squirted all over me and hands gliding aimlessly across my body. Hot stones were jabbed into my back so aggressively that I cried out in pain and begged her to stop. My legs were hardly touched -- she never even went above my knees. The so-called "head massage" was just her pulling my hair and awkwardly pressing behind my ears like you would do to a pet. The facial was just as bad -- my face was only partially treated, as if she didn't know what she was doing. On top of this, my privacy was invaded when another technician walked in mid-session and they quietly spoke to each other while I was lying there feeling exposed and vulnerable. To add insult to injury, they charged a surprise $22 "spa fee" at checkout and didn't even offer me water -- let alone the "champagne and chocolates" that were promised. In the end, the "chocolates" turned out to be two mini Twix bars and some low-grade sparkling wine offered at the very end when I was already covered in oil and desperate to leave. No towels were given -- I had to search the drawers myself so I could dress without ruining my clothes. Honestly, this place is a scam. Nothing about this experience was relaxing or luxurious. The staff was unqualified, the techniques were sloppy and painful, and none of the advertised services were properly delivered. Save your money and go to a real spa -- you deserve better than this.

The single most impactful Health & Wellbeing experience of my life…read more For the last few months, something wasn't right; my stomach was distended, I was always uncomfortable which had me in a bad mood most of the time, I was not sleeping well at all and I was definitely not 'regular'. I tried everything I thought I should, such as; Metamucil, laxatives, bran, etc. (Thanks to Daryn at Feel The Heal, I've since learned that none of that is good for me and it only compounded the problems.). My last resort should have been my first resort. I wasted months of my life not feeling good about myself. I should've gone to Feel the Heal a long time ago. I went to Daryn for an enema and colonic and it was a cataclysmic experience. I have never felt such physical relief from a discomfort, such emotional gain from having a 'fog' lifted, and, such overwhelming contentment from just feeling like myself again. To begin, as I expect we all might, I had to get over the stigma of what was going to happen and my completely misplaced thoughts of awkwardness. This visit could not have been less awkward. No one needs to waste any energy thinking about this... Daryn is super chill and incredibly smart, she was polarizing as she was teaching me about my body and I was hinging on her every word. The room where the treatments took place was comfortable and the way she has you prepare for the services and the way the treatments unfold ensures for discretion so you NEVER feel in the least bit "vulnerable" or "exposed" as a lot of people would think. As the services were underway, Daryn was right there with me explaining and making certain that nothing came as a surprise. Because she was so credible and, at the same time, calming, I was able to focus on what was happening and allow for maximum impact. As years of build-up and toxins and chemicals were expelling from me, I IMMEDIATELY started to feel better. It was, in no uncertain terms, like a shroud was being lifted off of me. This sounds ridiculous, and I'm not a very 'touchy feely' type of guy, but, the room literally got brighter, I actually felt like I could see better - my mood made a 180. After the services were over, Daryn gave me expert advice and insight regarding what to take for pro-biotics and 'cleansers' to keep my gut clean and get me back on track. The aftercare component is equally as relevant as I never want to feel like I felt over the past few months again. I've been going to the gym, eating clean and doing cardio for 40 years. It's always been my therapy; it has saved my life countless times. I can honestly say that this treatment is unlike anything in the Health & Wellbeing domain that I have ever experienced. It has reinvigorated me spiritually, emotionally, and, physically. I have only one regret about Feel The Heal. It's that I waited. Daryn is the only person you need to see, this is the only place you need to go, everyone is safe here....

I was surprised by how comfortable the process was....absolutely no pain at all. The next day, I felt amazing, better than I have in years. I can't recommend this place enough! I've already told my friends, and some of them are lined up to go too.

I just cannot believe I found this place on a total whim while looking to get a simple pedicure during my lunch break! For those used to walking into a nail salon and seeing rows of stations or pedicure chairs, this is not like that at all. Instead, this is located in what appears to be an office suite of other beauty and personal care businesses (aestheticians, barbers, hair stylists, etc.). When you go with Christina, you are going into your own little oasis of comfort and privacy where you are the only client and your conversation and interaction with her is private. I love that aspect so very much! But what supersedes that only because it was my true reason for going is the careful service you receive for your manicure and/or pedicure. She worked so meticulously and the result was the best I've seen in a while. If you are in the Downtown area and are looking for TRUE care and quality when it comes to your manicure and pedicure, Christina is the one and Cilverbow is the place.
