They were able to schedule me to drop off my car and was awesome in rescheduling me when I wanted an earlier date! I loved the appointment reminders and confirmation texts. It tells me you prioritize your clients and respect their time and you're organized! We left our other tint shop because they got so disorganized and started taking too many people at once which forced delayed pickup. I'm taking almost 10PM. Anyway I wanted to give a shoutout to their front staff LEXI who was so responsive the day of my appointment when I had a hiccup that morning.
