The straw legit broke from me unwrapping the paper, let alone drinking from it shattered it. Only thing somewhat redeeming it was the actual drinks but not even. I only received 6 tapioca pearls in my drink (yes, I counted because I noticed how few there were). They just need to fix a few things and they'll as good as ever.
