Great food with big portions and reasonable prices. They have a drive thru if you want that option.

First time customer here. Very poor phone and counter service. Very disorganized and inefficient. Was on hold for over 5 minutes placing phone order. Poorly trained HS students doing customer service. Train them!! I don't mind paying more for good food but this was mediocre and expensive. The good is it wasn't terrible. The service remains borderline neglect. The food has flavor, but is high in Sodium. We usually have the combo grill with rice. They do not have soup. No coffee. It's an open restaurant. read more

It's a real bummer they don't serve sushi on Sundays. At least that's the day I recall going. The restaurant was empty when we arrived as in no other customers. Possibly because it was about an hour or two before closing and on a Sunday. Our server was attentive and the food was decent. The portions were good outside of the spring rolls. read more

I have visited this place multiple times. I was impressed with the size for starters, then I met the staff very polite and helpful with the menu. Today I decided to show off my stomach by ordering a jacksboro roll and some hibachi. I was surprised at the rolls size but killed it all the same. I would very much recommend this place kinda and friend staff good portion sizes and well prepared. Coming from CA I was skeptical. Their products were fresh. I was disappointed at the lack of use of products. There's no sushi rolls with lemon when they use the lemon for water, no rolls with jalapeños, and no oyster shooters. Lastly, no versatility with the edamame, ie spicy edamame. Besides the lack of versatility in products the ambience for this area was more than I could've expected. Great service too! read more

We ordered takeout yesterday and the food was ready on time and the young lady who took our order was friendly. Our order consisted of hibachi chicken and Yaki Nike (bbq beef) with friends rice and spring rolls. Pros: The hibachi chicken and Yaki Nike were very, very good. The vegetables were fresh and cooked crispy. The carrots were amazing. They were sweet and crispy unlike anything we have ever had. As noted, the service was friendly by phone and in person and the order was ready as promised. Cons: The Spring Rolls weren't bad just average at the very best. Won't order again. The fried rice was mostly white rice with a very few bits of fried egg. No other seasoning or vegetables in it as you would normally get. The flavor wasn't bad but I would describe it as white rice that was warmed on the grill with some egg. Overall We will definitely return. The chicken , Yaki Niku, and vegetables were very good and the friendly service was a welcome bonus. read more

My Wife and I were always Kyoto Express people but they'll be shutting down soon so today was our first run through Ninja Hibachi. Always meant to but Kyoto was closed today so we had a reason. Hit the drive thru which took a month of Sunday's to get through. I don't blame this entirely on Ninja as I suspect the White Explorer in front of us may have been a difficult customer. I can't say for sure but I got that impression. Anyway, My Wife got the Chicken Hibachi and I got the Spicy Chicken and Yaki Niku. Both were very good. We will try this place again and hope the drive thru was a one time slow experience. read more

Went here today and had the steak and chicken and both were fantastic! I really cant say enough anout how delicious these were and I'd definitely eat here again. The rice isn't really fried, but it is decent. The veggies in the hibachi aren't stir fried...the carrots were boiled so they are a little soggy and just felt a little out of place. The Spicy Chicken is great as well as the Yaki Niku. Id probably give it five stars but I'm not particularly a fan of their rice. I've actually had box rice that has a better taste and texture.
