This is a small park with great cheap seats, good eats and a lot of family fun. They do all the typical ballpark fun activities, kiss cams, games for kids and they even have a carousel for the kiddos! Of course, food and drink is a bit steep, but they do try and mitigate that with deals before the 5th inning! I tried the bananas foster last week and it was amazing! I would suggest sharing- it was huge! They have rotating food specials that are quite the delight. I will mention that they host United Soccer here as well, but I haven't been in attendance! Don't worry there is a pass through) there were a number of friendly pups and people there for her to socialize with. There is no running water, so bring your own. This is why I had to dock a star. It was very clean, shady and a great place to run off some steam. There are also no people bathrooms, just 2 porta potties. (I'm not that adventurous lol) I saw some complaints of homeless people, there weren't any around the park and my mom and I felt just fine walking in and out of the area.

This dog park fit the bill and was about a 2 minute drive once we took the exit. It's a decently sized park with a separate area for small dogs towards the back. I didn't see any faucets for running water (which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5) but buckets are everywhere for people who bring their own water. Poop bags are available and I only saw a few pieces of poop around the park so I like to think most people clean up after themselves. There are lots of trees for shade and several benches for humans to sit and chat while the dogs run around. It's right next to a softball field, so that could be an issue when games are going on but did not affect us. All in all, I'm glad we stopped and I would definitely stop here again on another adventure!

There are two areas, both located behind one of the baseball fields - one area is more grassy but fewer trees, the other with wood chips and better shade. There's a water fountain on the far east end and plenty of available trash cans and clean-up bags. I don't have children but taking your dog to the dog park seems to pull a number of similar themes with taking your kid to the playground: 1) safety, 2) sanitation, and 3) camaraderie. Safety: I don't believe it's truly fair to judge a venue by its patrons, but the pups that frequent Bullhead are "tough." Anecdotally there seems to be more rough (but generally safe) play than just trotting around, friendly sniffing, or lounging in the shade. This works for many pups, but not all. Obviously this fluctuates with the temperament of the dogs present. Know your dog and assess the situation appropriately for him/her. Sanitation: Despite the numerous signs around the park, owners seem to neglect that Rover and Sparky will probably using their playground opportunity to relieve themselves. Please, folks, clean up after your dogs. You don't want to step in that and you REALLY don't want to clean those smelly paws after your dog tramples through a pile while chasing a frisbee. Pick it up - it's the right thing to do. Camaraderie: There is a clear group of "regulars" here. They know each other and they know each other's dogs. Initially this felt a bit like the 3rd grade playground - "Who's the new girl? Her dog seems weird..." (you get the idea) but they have warmed up over time. There are only a few benches in this park along with some free floating patio furniture, so seating can be hard to come by. Overall, it's a matter of convenience that we go to Bullhead, rather than a love of the place. We'll be returning for more pup playtime and hopefully new furry friends to be made.

A beautiful park with lots of fun amenities; Ragle Park is a gem for the Littles and grown-ups…read morealike. Excellent condition basketball courts with great bench seating, a super fun long slide that all ages love, a quaint pavilion for small gatherings for Barbecues and packed lunches, complete with nice walking paths and beautiful open green spaces for the littles to run and play. Bring your basketball or your soccer ball, keep your dog on a leash and pick up their waste, please, and don't forget your hand sanitizer.

Yay. ..my dogs started whining and wanted to test out the new grass. Fabulous new park! This isn't a dog park but you can walk or play with your fur babies here. Love what the City of Albuquerque has done with this area. Open Space, playground, plenty of parking, picnic tables and it's accessible for All! My fur babies and I will be back!
