i went to zibazz for a spray tan and it was such a good experience!! i went the night before my school dance and it's one of the things where a person sprays it for you, which i was kinda nervous about but the woman was so nice and so professional it was so easy! it took around 10 minutes and you can choose light, medium, or dark. i did medium and washed it off the next day and it turned out perfect. a spray tan here is only $35, which is so cheap compared to other places like palm beach which is $78. i will definitely be coming back! read more

Horrendous. Just sat and waited for over 20 minutes for appointment with Win the owner. Supposedly at bank and stuck in construction. I finally say I have to leave. As I go to drive out of parking lot I see her walking in carrying arms of carry out food. Luckily got quick picture. So rude. Guess I learn my lesson for buying a groupon. I would never go here again. So I made a make up appointment here since my original place cancelled. I get there and it looks like a pretty nice place. I walk in and tell them I'm here for a make up appointment the girl didn't even say anything to me she just pointed where to go. So I walk over and sit at a desk with a dish towel and obviously used make up on it. Before I could even say I word the lady was putting something on my face with her hands which I don't think have been washed. (No offense if they were I just feel u should show that u did) so I'm a little thrown off by that to begin with. Then I show her what I want (first pic) and she says ok which one do u want. I said they're all the same and she proceeds to tell me they're not and kinda arguing with me at this point. I just moved on. I added I would like fake lashes and she said no(probably didn't have any) this lady had no idea what she was doing because she spend atleast 10 min on my mascara that turned out clumpy and not dried so when I closed my eyes I got mascara all over under my eye. At this point I was beyond angry so I texted my dad to come in and help me out. He comes and sits down and can y'all I'm extremely angry. (Side note I'm never the one to speak up to someone at a business if I don't like it. I would usually pay go home then fix it myself) towards the end she try's to put used lipstick on me I insisted I didn't want it and she kept trying. She was saying how she had different colors but every color she would open was obviously used and half way gone. I kept saying we're done and after a min or two she finally stopped. I got up and turned to my dad and said I'm not paying for this. My mom calls me Bc she heard what happened. So I walk to the front and start pretty much crying Bc I felt so ugly and was so angry and the people at the front desk just looked at me then looked away. I walk back to where she was Bc she was trying to get her square to work (swipe your card through the phone and money goes directly to her) while we wait my dad asked how much it would be. She said $75 I couldn't believe it. She didn't even do what I asked let alone anything at all and asked for that much. I said "I'm sorry we are not paying that much. I have never felt so ugly I could have done better than this at home and I'm going somewhere else to get it fixed anyway." She was shocked she looked at me shrugged her shoulders got on a phone call and said at this point pay whatever u want. She had such an attitude with me the whole time. My dad pulled out $8 and try's to hand it to her and she doesn't take it she says put it on the table. I was so angry I said I wouldn't have even given u that much. (Sounds super bratty but if you were in the same situation you would have too) then we walked out and I ended up doing my own make up at home and I actually felt pretty after that. But a few days later my eye starts to hurt and I realize I'm starting to get a stye on my eye. The only reason would be because she used uncleaned brushes and old used and non sanitized eyeliner on my waterline. I would NEVER go back here EVER. read more

The shop was recently remodeled and it is very inconvenient for the customers. There is no place for customers to sit and wait for their services with friends they have made over the years. The owner is not friendly and accommodating- she seems mostly focused on the bottom line. I only go there for the services provided by my cosmetologist. If she leaves, I'm outta here!! read more

Lisa Austin has been doing my hair for a year now and has always done a great job. This pass time she was 25 minutes late and came into the salon frantic. I told her I wanted what she has done in the pass. Dark with natural looking high lights. When Lisa started to blowdry my hair she stated wow it's light. I couldn't really see it until I got home. My hair is ruined. It is breaking and is a orange color with grayish/ white high lights. I called her and said I wanted a refund. She said that's not her policy ,she would fix it. I don't trust her with my hair. I called the manager she said it was an opps. All hairstylist have them. She also told me there is a no refund policy. Avoid this place! read more

All I can say is WOW!!!! What an amazing experience I had. I got spray tanned with Wyn. I have never felt more gorgeous. I am tan but NOT streaky I am even and look like I was kissed by the sun. I tried this new awesome lash service that curled my lashes and I had them tinted and I look like I have false eyelashes on. This place is a hidden gem. If you don't try this place out you are doing yourself a disservice. AND they are soooo reasonable. If I were to rate them a 10 out of 10 they are a 12!!!!! read more
