Absolute nightmare! At the Greenwood ziebart i went in to get my paint sealed on my new truck talked with the manager jerry went from $500 to $899 for a sale package for the underbody, paint sealed, interior protection...i said ok, then i asked about film protection on the grill, the manager told me he would find out how much it would cost and call me back, a few hours later he called and told me it would be about $1199 so I say ok don't sound bad for everything go ahead and do it, when I went to pick up my truck the cashier said it was $2223.49 over double what I agreed to, i told her I didn't agree to that much money something had to be wrong, so when i tried to explain to the manager JERRY i did not agree to that much money he got really confrontational and said yes you did and he threatened to punch me in the face! He then called the police and told me to leave, before he knocked my glasses off my face, at this point i was afraid he would attack me i just wanted out of this situation and ask for my keys, he said not till you pay, i was CONNED, TRICKED, THREATENED AND BULLIED into paying double what my bill was and had the police called on me...i can't believe this could happen from a big business like ziebart, i reached out to ziebart headquarters and all they could say is they were sorry that happened nothing else. When I checked reviews for ziebart in Greenwood i found out this same con game has happened to several others, this manager should be fired, any reputable company would not allow for this type of behavior. and to top it off after getting home and looking over my vehicle they half sprayed the underbody and it didn't look like they touched the interior there was still dust inside they had a big swirl spot on my paint and too scratches next to it, also found a big deep scratch on plastic molding inside rear door. I'm so disappointed they did this to my brand new truck I'm sick...these people are scamers!!! #BEWARE. read more

This is the worse place I've ever been to. The didn't do the Diamond Gloss on the roof of my Tundra, there was still bird shit on the roof, then the manager said I was full of shit, it had to happen after the fact, which is crap since I took it there with bird crap on the truck. the screwed my parents truck up spraying under coating all over the tail lights, and wheels. I visited the Greenwood, Indiana store on 9/27/18 for my annual rust inspection and Diamond Gloss renewal service. After the service was performed I paid the bill, then walked around my vehicle to inspect the work. I found two areas of tar on the rear bumper that had not been removed as well as bug residue on the side mirrors. I questioned the salesman named "Tim" (I believe he is a manager) and criticized the quality of the work. Not removing tar and bugs that are in plain sight shows a serious lack of detailed quality in my mind I explained. The salesman did not offer to remove the tar and bugs that were left behind. Instead, he said, "Well you saw what they did." He was referring to the forward facing dash cam that I have mounted on the windshield. He continued by threatening that if my dash cam was in the car during next year's annual work, he would refuse to service my vehicle unless I removed it. He said it was an "invasion" and that I shouldn't have it. If I had been asked to remove the camera before the vehicle was brought into the shop, I would have gladly removed it, but I was not asked to do so. I did not argue. I simply left. I have been a Ziebart customer for 18 years, but if this is the type of service and treatment I should expect from now on, I will take my business elsewhere. I would like the salesman I spoke with apologize for his behavior and for the poor quality of their work. I submitted a complaint to the corporate office, but they forwarded my complaint to the franchise owner's customer service department. I doubt I'll hear anymore about it. read more

One for the record books. Took vehicle in for first maintanence of a ten year warranty purchased at dealership. There was a dispute over the free services for the truck and I said thats BS, I was told to leave the store immediately and not cuss in front of employees. I ten told them that they lied and its still BS. I stated that I would leave when I got all my money back. The Asst. Mgr. told "LB", get that SOB out of here and I'm calling the police. I wanted to wait on the Greenwood Police Dept. but right then, this "LB" started backing me to the door, with the other two employees on each side of me. This LB had me by both arms, literally off my feet and I ended up thrown to the ground. Wife was in parking lot and saw me down and I said call 911, as I dont know if they called. They conveniently have no cameras in their store so the Greenwood Pol. says your word against theirs, but they told the police that I fell down. I refused medical treatment at the scene and agreed never to return to any of their facilities again. While in the parking lot, my wife told the Officer that I would be going for medical treatment and good thing I did. I ended up with bruised and bloody wound to the left elbow, fractured rib, and multiple bruises and contusions. I have photos and medical reports, but waited till I rec'd bill from my insurance co for emergency room visit to write this, which was over 4 thousand dollars. Had to wear rib brace for weeks. The employee that chest bumped me to the door was younger and bigger than I was and actually said that I tried to hit him. Guess they didnt know that I had surgery on both hands and have no strength. I wanted all my money back and wanted to wait on the police, but this way, with no one else in the store, guess they could say whatever they wanted, do whatever they wanted and they must think they dont owe me anything. I am a Senior Citizen, on Medicare, and now know why one man left their store one day, a review that I read, stating that he feared for his life. Never ever purchased a warranty for any vehicle, and you can bet I never will again. Had my other truck for 17 years and went to Rust Check and can't wait to get back there. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We came in to get our car detailed today. When done with the car we checked it out before leaving and the car was still dirty! When we told the manager he argued with my husband saying the car was filthy to begin with. Well that's exactly why we came to them! Then he took the car back to touch it up. While he was doing that we were sitting in the waiting room and heard the manager cussing and saying he couldn't believe our nerve asking him to fix it!! My advice is to never come here! read more

I stopped by the store about 2 weeks ago to purchase a WeatherTech cargo liner. When I walked in 2 employees were eating lunch at the sales counter. I stood there for a couple minutes before I was even acknowledged. I inquired into the price of the liner and was told a higher price than showing on the WeatherTech website. I asked a couple times why the difference in the price and was told, "you must be confused." The sales clerk finally opened the WeatherTech site and confirmed they offered the same price, however, he was quick to point out that if I ordered from the site I would have to pay shipping and delivery would probably be 10-14 days. He said they would have the liner the next day and would perform the installation. At no time did he ask if I wanted to place an order. The whole conversation was uncomfortable and condescending. I thanked them, said I wasn't ready to purchase, left the store and promptly went home and ordered the liner direct from the WeatherTech website. The liner arrived in 2 days and "installation" was a matter of just laying it in the cargo area; glad I was intelligent enough to complete the task. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more
