Sad that I had to take my car there but happy that my car looks like brand new now! I got some cosmetic damage on my front bumper and the other party's insurance was Progressive and I was given a few options of where to take my car for repair. I chose this place based on good reviews they got online. I am so glad I took my car there because the service was very fast and friendly. There was Enterprise nearby so it was convenient from that perspective too. The office is very clean and they had drinks and snacks for customers. The lady at the front was very kind and courteous. I my car was fixed in three days and by the time I picked it up they had cleaned interior and exterior of it too. It was so clean and shiny. Professional! Although I hope I don't have to repair anything on my car, if I ever do I'll stake it to this place !! read more

When I accidentally dented the door of my car entering a parking garage in Downtown Indy just before Christmas I was devastated. Roy Reynolds saved the day! Because I was on vacation for the first full week of January I had only one week to get the car repaired or I'd need to rent a replacement to get to work. Renoylds took my car on a Monday and was done by 1:30 on Friday, earlier than their estimate. Not only was my car perfectly repaired, the inside had been cleaned and detailed! My car was in a accident and I went to two other auto body shops before a friend recommended Reynolds. Their price for the repair was better than the other body shops I had estimates from, and didn't nickel and dime me to make the quote more expensive. They give a lifetime warranty on their work, too! As for the owner and staff? Fabulous!!! Extremely friendly from the moment I walked into the shop, to meeting the owner. Roy went over the quote with me, and answered my questions. After a hideous experience renting a car from Dollar Rent-A-Car in November, I was socked with a repair bill from Dollar for a 'nickle sized dent on the rear driver's side door'. Enclosed with the paperwork was a 'Preliminary Estimate' for the repairs from Reynold's Body Shop. I have never seen an automotive repair estimate/invoice so padded with non-related repair charges as this one. And I have been driving for 44 years! Noted on this estimate/invoice were such repairs as work to the handle on the door, work on the trim panel, and a 'belt w/strip' (whatever that means). And that was just the unrelated work done to the rear door, where Dollar claimed the dent was. FURTHER, unrelated work estimated AND billed were for work on the 'quarter panel' and work done to the FRONT door! As if this wasn't bad enough, Reynold's Body Shop also had the gall to estimate/charge me for 'corrosion'. Corrosion, as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary is ''the process of corroding metal, stone, or other materials''. Thus I am being billed for a PROCESS, not a repair. Adding up all these padded charges, somehow Reynold's Body Shop has seen fit to bill me for $650.60... about 17 hours labor on the car. All for a 'nickle sized dent on the rear driver's side door'. You need to have your car fixed? Run as far away from Reynolds as fast as you can. read more

Reynolds is a great place to take your car for body work. I've been there with a few of my cars and they always did the work reasonably priced and always cleaned it up.
