I spoke to Matt and he gave me extremely fair pricing since I was bringing in my own parts that I had found on Facebook marketplace from a matching vehicle. I was expecting to have to wait a week or two to get the car back, but he worked me in and got it back super quick when they had a cancellation! They went out of their way to even remove some pinstriping from the replacement parts so that it matched the rest of the car. They buffed out the replacement headlights so that my daughter would be able to see better and they even Changed out a brake lightbulb for her. These guys went above and beyond And did an excellent job and saved us thousands of dollars. I cannot recommend them enough for your auto body needs !

They send all of their body work to Action, so I called and Zach said I could bring the car by any time for a free estimate. I did, and while I was on the phone telling my husband what our options were Zach wiped the house paint scrapes off of the Civic - this was even before I had decided to have Action Auto Body fix anything! I opted to just have the bumper reattached let Action fix the issue. The next day I picked up my Civic - which was cleaner than it's been in a long time! These guys did a great job for a very fair price.

She dropped it off and told Action Auto Body we were leaving for vacation on Friday, July 6. She called Action on July 5 to see if the car was ready for pickup. She was told it wasn't. We returned home on July 11 and she received a message from Allstate telling her she owed $200 for the rental car because her car was ready on July 5 and she didn't pick it up. She then called Action Auto Body and was told they had contacted the insurance company to let them know the car was done on July 5 but failed to contact my wife. They said they knew she was leaving on vacation and didn't bother to call. Nor did they call on July 6, July 7, July 8, July 9, July 10 or even July 11 when we returned home. My wife actually had to call them to find out the car was done. The insurance company wouldn't help. Action Auto Body washed their hands of the issue. They were paid through the insurance company so why would they correct their own mistake? Fortunately, Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Streetsboro reduced the fee and my wife only paid $160 for the extra days with the rental car. This isn't over. Cell phones have records of who called. It's quite obvious Action Auto Body never called my wife to let her know the car was done. She has phone records of her call to Action Auto Body on July 5. Anybody can fix a bumper. Consider another company when you need your car fixed. Action Auto Body has poor customer service and even worse, no integrity.
