For 11 years the Diamond Gloss paint protection and the Ziebart undercoating kept my Honda CRV looking like it just rolled off the show room, when it was parked on the street, in all salt and winter weather. this place is excellent. I've got 3 vehicles and have all 3 done there along with annual inspections and touchups. I plan on keeping my cars for awhile and this is well worth it. I hate rust. I hardly like Wisconsin. I went to Virginia to buy a truck that was not exposed to salt. I decided to give Ziebart a try- not because I have heard great things, just because if they still are in business, it must not be a total gimmick. I made an appointment at the end of November for the first time I could get in. The were back up a couple weeks. I got in December 16. In that 3 week period the salted the roads and my Silverado was filthy. It rained a little December 15, so did not bring in my truck clean. They did their work and finished on time. When I went to pick it up they did not wash my truck! The kicker is- after treatment the manager said not to wash it for a week. Here is my old man rant... If someone is going to drop 700-800 dollars on rustproofing, do you think said person might be a little anal about keeping their fleet clean?? I would have gladly washed it first, but for that money I expected my truck to look good when I picked it up. With all the dripping on my bumpers and running boards it actually was the worst that truck ever looked. (like WAY too dirty to just wipe off with some detailer) I actually had a number of people tell me the following week that it was the most dirty they ever saw my truck. I was pretty lit when I picked up my truck, but I am not the type to just sit in the parking lot and air my grievances because sometimes I settle down. Maybe my truck will be rust free 8 years from now. If so, I will change my review. It looked like they never cleaned any of the salt off of it and just did there process. ( I know they did something, because my truck still smells toxic ten days later) On the positive note- they took out my spare tire when they did they did the rustproofing. I tore my bicep and asked if they could re-install it. They did it later that same morning without giving me any grief. It short- I expected them to clean my truck before they rustproofed it. Even most oil change places will run it through a carwash. For $700+ I think the clientele like me would hope the experience was a little more special. Like I stated earlier, if there is no rust on my truck in 2028 I will add a positive review to offset this. read more

I have been going to Ziebart for over 15 years now. I have taken every single car I have owned their for window tinting. They do a fantastic job and the customer service is exceptional! While they do offer a lifetime warranty on tint for bubbles, cracks, fading and peeling, I have NEVER had to use it because the tint they use is exceptional. Took my new car for the rust proofing and undercoating. was satisfied with what they did to my car, a little pricey for the service thats why only 4 stars. The waiting room is a bit small to wait up to 3 hrs waiting for your car. i did chat with other customers that came in (this was my first time their) to find out what they came in for and found out that several people were return customers that were very happy with the previous service and came back. the service was great, the manager answered all my questions and told me all the things i needed to do as well as warned me of some of the problems i may run into. i will be going back for other services they offer for autos, detailing inside and out. read more

a few years back I had my windows tinted and new car remote starter put in my 2011 Buick Regal. They did a fantastic job. Justin was super helpful and very kind and professional. I was so impressed with the service I had just went back there last week and had windows tinted on my second car a 2014 Chevy Malibu and it looks great. Dropped the car off, quick and easy and pick up was just as quick and easy. Best customer service I have had when it comes to car things. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Window tinting is very reasonably priced and they do such a good job. Also had issues finding a remote car starter that would work from further away that 100 ft and Justin set me up with a Viper brand remote start system that I can start my car from 3 blocks away. It is the best money I ever spent and Just really knows his stuff. Didn't take advantage of me being a female who knows NOTHING about cars. And I really appreciated that. Great Service. had my brand new car there 2014 car back there 3 times now just took it to have the windows tinted and they messed it up and I had to take it back to have it fixed yet to have them scratch the windows now the 3rd time back scracted my car broke the door panel and scratched the window molding not happy at all read more

This is my experience with the Ziebart on Hwy 100 in West Allis between Greenfield Ave. and Lincoln Ave. I originally brought my 2002 Tacoma in to have it rust proofed. The manager, Justin, sounded highly knowledgeable and wanted to answer my questions. He sold me on a much more expensive service which included diamond gloss, steam cleaning the upholstery and much more. When I came to pick it up I noticed some spots around the leaf springs that were missed on the undercoating. Justin told me they don't have a lift and that the spray gun is hard to fit in some places. So he crawled under my truck to spray some undercoating on from a can. Great! Once I got the truck home I made a more detailed inspection and found that they completely missed the top surface and inside surfaces of the frame rail under the bed. I removed the spare tire before I brought my truck in so there would be plenty of room! I called Justin to let him know I would be there in the morning since he told me to bring it in if I noticed anything else. The first time he brought it back out of the shop on my second visit, I showed him that they still missed the frame rails. He still seemed polite but agitated. Maybe he was agitated at me, or maybe the worker inside who wasn't doing a good job. The second time he brought out my truck, he definitely sprayed the inside surfaces of the frame but missed the top surface. I was so happy it finally looked like the worker got it right I forgot to check the top. I found they missed it later when I got it home again. The problem is, I don't want anyone from that store working on my truck because from the conversation I had with Justin before I left, I got the sense the worker was mad at me! I'll go ahead and spray the rest with a can but wow what a disappointment! Justin I hope you get some better guys in there. Your talent is being wasted.
