I recently bought a used GMC Sierra from Holz and so far I love the truck. I actually had two…read moreproblems with the truck that they were very responsive toward and went above and beyond to resolve. I worked with Jay and Tony almost exclusively and they are genuine people who care about having you walk away happy regardless of the circumstances. I'd recommend buying a vehicle here. I spoke with a mechanic there about the problem and he was helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. All in all even though this wasn't a seamless transaction, the dealership did and is doing what is right.

UPDATE: I should have updated the review 6 months ago but late is better than never. When I did…read morebuy the 4Runner, I mainly drove my Dodge until the license plate expired the end of May so I only drove the 4Runner a couple times in April and May. In those two months, the battery was dead and had to pump one tire several times, the third brake light on the top of the tailgate was burnt out, and the rear wiper spring was missing so the wiper was barely even touching the window. All of those issues should have been taken care of before Holz sold the 4Runner. Once I started driving the 4Runner in June, repairs and more repairs. Immediately, needed a new battery, replaced the rear wiper arm, and third brake light assembly. Toyota said the noise from day one was caused from calipers and a tie rod. I paid for maintenance of the brakes and calipers and replaced a tie rod. During the service, Toyota also noticed the shocks/suspension needs to be replaced. I'd like to know if Holz knew about what needed to be repaired/replaced of a vehicle they were selling or if Holz did a terrible job inspecting the vehicle.

Oh where to start.... Well, they sold me a Lemon, and I'm not being the least bit overdramatic. The…read morecar, which was 3 years old, had blown the engine block within a couple of weeks of me having it. The pistons fried to the sides of the valves, and the oil turned into sludge, and they tried to tell me that I was running it without oil.... clearly, because I'd only put gas in it twice, I decided to drain the oil *sarcasm*. So they replaced the engine block with a refurbished one, which took a month to get back. Ok, fine. Then it did the same thing, again, and I had to get it fixed by them, again. Ok, fine, but they had sent it to some guy in the middle of nowhere almost by Madison who was literally in a car graveyard and had animals running around and used car parts strewn all over. I was told I would find where to pick my car up by a broken down car on the side of the driveway as a marker. Lovely. Thanks for using such a nice garage to outsource cheap labor. But it blew up a third time, leaving me stranded on the highway *the same day I picked it back up* and I had to fight tooth & nail to get them to give me a refund, as they claimed I was treating the car poorly. Oh and then get this, a few weeks later, I get a letter from the car company apologizing for FAULTY ENGINE BLOCKS IN THEIR CARS THAT RESULT IN OIL SLUDGE AND THERE WAS A RECALL! Thanks for treating me with respect saturn of greenfield, I love that my car was in a dank garage inthe middle of nowhere when it could have been serviced by an official dealership for faulty products. I love when my cars leave me stranded and then I'm told it's my fault. It's not their fault the car was rubbish, but they handled the whole situation really badly. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.

I took the vehicle to the dealer since it was still under warranty. 4 appointments latter it is STILL leaking and the problem has not been resolved. Nissan USA and BOucher have both failed me. On 7/10/17 they were to pick up my van and provide me with a loaner, which never happened. Mind you I made this appointment over 2 weeks prior and agreed to leave my van with them for the week. After several phone calls I was finally contacted late 7/11/17 to find out that the reason they never came was that there was no loaner for me. No phone call or anything to let me know. I reworked my schedule to make sure I did not need this vehicle for towing etc. for the week. This is the 2nd time that they were to pick this vehicle up and failed to do so. Taking the vehicle back to the dealer was Nissan's suggestion from their Consumer Affairs Department. I again contacted Nissan and was told that I should have a followup call within the next week. Seriously??? Neither Boucher or Nissan is worth this.
