It has been nearly a year since Aaron and his crew at Ageless Concrete completed our project and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We needed our cracked main entry walkway and front stoop replaced. The stoop had slumped toward the house so getting proper drainage was our priority. Now everything is properly sloped and because we opted for a stamped pattern and coloring, our curb appeal has been greatly enhanced as well. I needed new front steps. They are about 5 - 10 miles away. They wouldn't come out for an estimate.

We had a difficult site to work with, on a slope and 20+ years of erosion from the slope over the retaining wall. They did a great job of removing the dirt accumulated on the wall side and fixing the grading so rain will run away from our foundation instead of towards it. The online estimator was helpful, and although my measurements weren't very accurate it was close to the actual estimate once Aaron measured and we went over the design. The design selection process was pretty straightforward, and the materials provided were helpful. There will likely be delays from the "scheduled" date you select online, but that is to be expected when dealing with any project that relies on the weather. Aaron was really good about calling with schedule updates daily once they start, as it takes a few days to complete. It really is a team effort and they really take their time with the stamping and then the coloring and details. If you are sensitive to strong odors/chemicals you will want to keep your windows nearby closed for a few days when they apply the color and curing compound, which the guy doing the sealant kindly warned me about. It turned out even better than we had hoped, and we feel it is money well spent. read more

These guys did my patio last summer. Aaron, the owner, is great to work with and takes care of business. While I'm sure there are cheaper options, these guys did a beautiful job. They capped our stairs put in a slab for shed put a patio in off our walkout basement and converted our driveway from blacktop to concrete. I had a very poor experience with Ageless Concrete. After getting three estimates, I chose Ageless Concrete, the most expensive bid. I expected a quality outcome. What I received was a "splotchy" colored patio with a very rough surface (objectionable fibers everywhere). The contractor clearly rushed the job. I raised my concerns to Aaron Kinas, owner, and he promised his crew would come out and burn the fibers away after powerwashing the surface. The effort they made was immaterial and the outcome no different. I was not willing to pay full price for a job that wasn't done to contractual obligation. Ageless Concrete and Aaron Kinas had a lawyer send a letter to me saying they were going to but a lien on my property if I didn't immediately pay the remaining balance of the bid. I have never not paid a bill. I was only trying to resolve the situation. Aaron tried to intimidate me and did not take my concerns seriously. I do not recommend this company. read more

This is our second project with Ageless Concrete. After having our stamped concrete patio done last year we did not even consider contacting anyone else for our driveway. I left a message with Ageless Concrete asking them for a bid on resealing my patio. Their first question when they called back (on 10/7/2013) was "did we pour the patio" and when I told them "no, but I still need it re-sealed" they said they weren't interested in helping me, and I should just go buy some sealer and do it myself. When I asked why they wouldn't quote me a bid, the gal (Crystal, I believe her name was) treated me extremely rudely and hung up on me. Good luck working with this company. I don't plan on giving them my business however. read more
