The crew brought space heaters to our home to keep us warm for the 24 hours before the new furnace would be installed. They replaced our furnace on the "coldest day" in 6 years (literally - January 21st)! Every crew member was friendly, and polite and took great care to keep our home clean. My position on Radke has unfortunately changed. After being convinced to buy a top of the line Bosch dishwasher, they have failed to stand by a flawed product or deliver timely customer service. After waiting a week for a repairman, a service call was scheduled and a time window given. I missed work to accommodate their schedule to only be given a call 30 minutes before the time table expired to say "something came up." I've been without my "top of the line" dishwasher for over two weeks and no resolution in sight. I'm sad I put my faith and hard earned dollars into this company that does not care about repeat customers. I will never be a customer at Radke again. Buyers beware.

One important quality is that they weren't creating any false sense of urgency. Radon isn't great for health and absolutely should be addressed, but it also wasn't a threat to my health. The installer was professional and also patient with my questions. He fully explained exactly what the system was doing, what it was going to look like, and A couple weeks later, the electrician came through to permanently hook up the mitigation system. He was also professional and very personable, and made sure we had no questions. With the provided follow up test that we just plopped in a usps box, our radon levels dropped from over 9 to less than .9! One thing to keep in mind if you're getting a radon mitigation system installed: you'll have a big ol white tube going up the side of your house And out your roof. For a higher fee (I believe it was 400), you can have them route it out your garage to be inconspicuous. Last thing: we were worried about the fan being loud. I can't hear it at all. In the early summer of 2022, I had the unfortunate experience of working with Jude Kearney and JK…read moreSeasonal Services for the landscaping of my new construction home. I hired them to perform the final grade of my lawn, install grass seed, and provide landscaping around my house. Unfortunately, the quality of their work was extremely poor. The grading of the lawn is very uneven and yard is full of rocks still, some very large, and it's affected the quality of the grass growing in. The unevenness has also led to some areas that pool large amounts of water, and the drainage is poor throughout. Some areas remain very bare, and have more rocks than grass at this point, now 10 months since the seed was installed. Jude's crew also left debris and equipment on our property and our neighbor's, and it irritated our new neighbors enough, and we needed to reach out to Jude multiple times in order to finish the clean-up. Additionally, the edge work around all of our beds is lazy and does not meet the "natural spade edge bed" as outlined in the contract. There's a long dirt patched that they left untouched to the side of our driveway, using the excuse that they couldn't tend to it until our neighbor graded their own property. They informed me of this the day of completion, and they ignored me requests to come back out complete the job as promised. When I attempted to communicate with Jude about these issues, they did not respond to my calls or emails. The voicemail box at the number listed is typically full, and I've only ever reached Jude once on the phone throughout the course of this entire process. I sought Jude out to reach a resolution that would be fair for both parties in order to avoid posting a review like this publicly, but the company has failed to return my calls and emails. I would strongly advise anyone considering using JK Seasonal Services to look elsewhere. Their poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism make them a company to avoid.
