Wade explained the process and what options were available. Price was fair and we scheduled work in a weeks time. The structure was built 1947 and even though the HVAC systems were replaced twice since, the ducts were NEVER cleaned. They removed plenty of dust/soot/pollen and pet hair. The 2 techs were able to clean both sides in one day. I would recommend Ductz to anyone, there were zero problems, ducts/air handler are nicely clean and my tenants enjoy cleaner air.

It finally turned into an iceberg in mid-November during the cold snap (reversing valve sensor inop). It took a couple visits to diagnose, acquire parts, and fix all the issues, and Doug's team kept us updated on progress throughout. However, the best part was when James asked if the unit was still under warranty. We checked and it was, with only two weeks remaining on the covered period! So all the parts were covered and the work was completed before the deadline. Considering how much time they spent I was very pleased with the final bill. He helped me understand the system that is newer to me and more complicated than I've had in the past. James was very detailed, thoughtful, and patient with addressing all of my questions.
