Instead of shortening the straps down at the bottom, she wanted to cut them on top of the shoulders and leave a seam where there should be NO seam. She basted what she wanted to do and they were about 1" off from matching each other. Looked horrible. She didn't pin where she needed to take it in on the sides and got it way too tight (accused my daughter of not bringing a bra when she tried it on which was not true - she wore the bra she was wearing for the wedding). Where she took it in, she made darts and left excess fabric showing, sticking out at the top. She was told to to let the dress out because it was way too tight. When the dress was picked up, we are fairly certain that she didn't touch the dress since the last fitting and is still a far cry from being right. We have 5 days until the wedding and a dress that we will have to do our best and try to get this to look right. She charged way too much for a worthless and crappy job. DO NOT USE her for anything!!!

The quality of service and value for the amount of laundry you can do in just one machine and dryer is very good. The best part of my excursion to Burton's laundry, however was the young lady named Dakota. She was clearly a natural at excellent customer service and she really helped above and beyond. I hope this young lady gets recognized for the dedication that she gives to customer service and her job. She was delightful.

Not only was she incredibly skilled, but she was also timely, professional, and so reassuring throughout the entire process. She transformed my dress in a way that fit perfectly, looked stunning, and still kept everything I originally fell in love with. If it weren't for her, I genuinely would not have been able to wear my dream dress on my wedding day. Jennie let me leave her business with an altered dress that she wouldn't & couldn't zip up all the way. Originally the dress just needed to be taken in a little bit. It was taken in way too much. She didn't even offer to let it out at that point or to schedule a follow up appointment. When I tried on my dress again about a week after picking it up from alterations, my mom could barely zip it up. The bodice was too tight and uncomfortable. The fabric across the bodice was visibly strained and stretching. When buttoned, the zipper was clearly visible in the back. The bust did not fit properly at all. Before alterations, the bust was very modest and elegant. After alterations, the bodice was so tight that my bust was spilling out of the top. I looked like was wearing a dress a size and a half too small. I brought these concerns to Jennie and included pictures (pictures not included with this review, as my wedding is next month). I wanted to meet with Jennie for corrective alterations. However, Jennie's customer service was unsatisfactory from the moment I messaged her that the dress didn't fit. She insisted repeatedly that it was my sodium intake, that I was too close to my cycle, and that my measurements have changed. She insisted repeatedly that there was no way she could've made a mistake. She wanted to compare my current measurements to the ones from the bridal shop when I bought the dress. I paid hundreds of dollars plus a tip for her services to walk away with a dress that didn't fit properly, feeling uncomfortable, and feeling responsible for the issues I was facing. Jennie initially offered a partial refund only to walk it back 10 days later. Jennie at that point chose to clarify her partial refund was contingent on my returning to her for her services, but as I found a new seamstress to correct Jennie's work, that she would not be refunding me. I insisted, because again I spent hundreds of dollars and tipped her for unsatisfactory service. So far I have only been refunded my tip. I have been in communication with the bridal shop that initially recommended her regarding these issues, as I do not want another person to have a similar experience to mine approaching their wedding day.

Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).
