One bathroom had stuff sticking on the floor that I couldn't remove, and they took care of it. The shower was disgusting but they cleaned it and made it like new. The owners of Cottage Care are very responsive and I have found they address issues fully and to the satisfaction of the customer. With that being said, I gave a 4 and not a 5 for two reasons. One, because there have been some issues of certain staff that have been scheduled to clean my home in the past who were either not experienced or did not have a high enough work ethic/standard to assure that all the basic cleaning was provided and not 'missed'. The owners have always responded quickly, took care of the issues to my satisfaction, and have, for the most part, scheduled (per my request) the same staff who are familiar with my home and routinely do a great job. The other reason I gave a 4, instead of a 5, is how often the person scheduled to clean my home arrives much later than the scheduled time by 30, 45, and even an hour+ later.
