They professionally wrapped the furniture in cellophane before moving it, transported it with care, and then unwrapped and staged it perfectly at the delivery location. Avoid This Landscaping Company - Unfinished, Poor Work & Overcharging…read more I hired True Depth Servies, with the owner Shakir, for three projects: 1) tilling and adding soil, 2) installing sod in a muddy dog play area, and 3) building garden beds. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete disaster. * Soil Tilling - This was barely done and left in a sloppy, uneven mess. They didn't even start tilling until 4 or 5 in the evening, and only after my wife and I went out with a shovel to check if it had been done. It was clear they had not started until that moment. The quality of work was extremely poor. * Sod Installation - The job was never fully completed. The area is still missing grass on all sides, and instead of addressing the issue, the landscaper claimed the sod supplier "gave extra sod" and then tried to charge me more unexpectedly. To make matters worse, the amount of sod left on-site--still sitting in my yard--is exactly enough to have finished the job. Yet, they left without completing the work. * Garden Beds - While they looked okay at first, the landscaper failed to put down a layer of sand before finishing. After we had already paid him $2,500 just for this part of the project, he casually mentioned, "Oh yeah, I might add some sand to the soil." We were incredibly unhappy with this lack of professionalism and oversight. To make matters worse, the landscaper was difficult to work with, unprofessional, and even intimidating. I paid nearly $5,000 for this project, and I feel completely ripped off. If you're looking for a reliable, professional landscaper, I strongly advise avoiding this company. Save yourself the headache and hire someone reputable.

He also worked with the electric company to turn our power off so he could do the work - the electric company said it would take 6 weeks to get us on the schedule but Ever got it to happen in 2 weeks. The problem ended up being bigger than we had originally thought but he gave us a range of cost to make sure the problem was completely taken care of and then ended up coming in at the low end of his range while going above and beyond to make sure our roof was completely fixed. We will definitely be calling Ever and EZ Home Advisor for any needs we have.

I was aware of what I thought was just " mildew" under my bed- my dog comes in from the rain, sleeps under there, little air flow- I didn't think much of it. But my cough got more severe and I was using albuterol several times a day. I was kinda freaked out about how out of breath I was. So I decided to tear the bed down and shampoo the carpet...everything got worse from there. When I shampooed I wore a mask, but the next day I went into the room and the fans were blowing all around, and I immediately had a severe reaction and was violently vomiting. I had to go to urgent care for a nebulizer treatment and steroids. I had to sleep on the couch and couldn't even go in without an n95 mask, and would still have an asthma attack afterwards. I was SO SICK! I even had to call into work 2 times. This was crazy, though, right? Just mold! What is going on? Then I read about mycotoxin illness and it's bad! So I look for mold remediation on the internet, talk to some people and ask about experiences...and come to the conclusion this is going to be an expensive chemical nightmare that only ends temporarily... But I keep looking and come across BIORGANIC MOLD REMOVAL. I'm suspicious of a bait and switch like all the other " safe" remediation had lead me on with... But no! Here was something that made total sense! Mold eating probiotics- a living and lasting continuous solution that was even healthy! I did some research and found out that not only do probiotics eat mold, they help treat people with mycotoxin illness! This is a true scientifically backed statement- look it up on PubMed- the only place to go for research based medical facts and studies. So I did it! Peter ( owner operator) told me I could stay in the house while he treated, but that I could expect some signs of detox myself! I was like WHAT? DETOX? YES! Let's do it! So what blew my mind was how much better I felt after he was done treating! No joke! The probiotics have sort of a woody, yeasty smell to them, but that dissipates after a few hours. They don't leave a residue on windows or anything else. I even had him do my truck! Peter showed up at my house on time and told me that he wasn't planning on treating at that visit, because he had used up all his product on the previous job and would just like to evaluate that day. I became panicky- I was SO SICK! When I told him how sick I was he said he would go get the supplies and come back right away- an hour out of his way! It showed me that he really cared about me as a human, not just a customer. I am all about Biorganic mold removal, and you know what? We discussed the number of bathrooms and rooms that we have, we agreed where they would start vacuuming since I was about to get on a work call. i leave them to clean. I'm on a work call. i see them walk out and am thinking oh they're done vacuuming and must be just putting it in the van and will be back. they never came back. I find that not 1 bed was made. the trash in the bathrooms was not emptied. The counters were not wiped down. The showers and bathtubs weren't even touched. only half of the house was vacuumed. part of the kitchen was cleaned, but not the counters. visible crumbs still on the counter. I'm still not actually sure what they did. I got a text response saying that yes, they would collect the garbage in the bathrooms and make the beds next time. ?? I called and texted and was baffled to learn that they really didn't care about my experience. they are standing behind their "service" and think that my expectations are more in line with a "maid service than a house cleaner." so my expectations that you're clearly capable of vacuuming, but not the whole house, and you're capable of wiping down some things, but not all was unreasonable? I was more than reasonable and offered to pay for the 1 hour they were there even though i'm irate and received poor service. They are demanding 2 hours of payment and are sending it to a collections agency. so now they get to deal with my lawyer and the security cam footage of them entering and leaving, along with pics after their "cleaning" took place. So they didn't send us more jobs and we have been charged 2 years in a row for $200 or $250 yearly subscription that we couldn't cancel and no job were provided so basically they took what earned from our work. First They stop working with us because one not justifying complaint after 3 jobs we provide excellent service.
