They showed up promptly, two cleaners and their kiddo and they got to work. Adela texted me in the middle that the house was dirty (yup) and the bathtub in the primary wasn't draining ( I'd never used it not even once but Elliott the furry beast liked to sit in it uh oh). After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge.
