They came out and did the job quickly with great care and quality. My husband had cut a hole in the deck at each end of the cabin to have the runoff drain under the deck rather than on top. They took care to install the downspouts to where they would fit into the holes in the deck. I don't remember all details of the job they did, but I do remember their quality of work was impressive enough to want to come back a few years later to leave the review! To the lady above that left 1 star because of the black flag on the guy's hat who came to give her a bid, perhaps you should read up on the early history of what the black flag meant to our military men and women.

This should have been a red flag and reason to go with another company, but I reluctantly decided to go with them on a recommendation from my roofing company. When it came time to install the gutters, I was at home watching the installation. After the first gutter run was hung, I mentioned to the head crew member, Jacob, that the gutters looked like they were hung way too low. Jacob assured me that the gutters were hung at the correct height and there would be no issues. The crew then proceeded to install the rest of the gutters. A few days later, I decided to do a water test (which Citywide never did) and sure enough, the gutters were hung too low - a moderate amount of water running off the roof, overshot the gutters, rendering them useless. Upon bringing this concern up with Citywide Custom Gutter, I was told they would only do the repair (of their shoddy installation) if I paid them $400 ON TOP OF the original amount I already paid. They claimed this was because I had told them to hang the gutters low, which was a blatant lie. This company does not stand by their work and when issues come up, blames the customer. Their "warranty" is a joke.

The work crew began work tearing down my old gutters and downspouts at 8:00am and replaced with seamless steel gutters and downspouts 11:00-11:30am. I had done some research on gutters and knew approximately how much it should cost. The gutter company came out and told me I would be best off with K style gutters for my home and recommended clean outs for the downspouts. The bid came in higher than expected but I really wanted to change out my gutters. My neighbor my bid and said he knew a guy. That guy was Vadim and I gave him a call and got my bid within an hour. Vadim explained to me that the bid I got from the other company was usually for commercial applications and it wasn't necessary. Vadim gave me a bid that matched my original cost estimation. I went with Vadim for several reasons. He was quick to respond, didn't try to up sale me and was local. A week later my gutters are installed, the old ones hauled away and they look gorgeous.
