It is a massive, all beef super girthy hotdog on a toasted bun, you can add 3 toppings and we added hot fresh bacon bits, shredded cheese and fried onions and it also comes with a pickle spear, slaw and fries. Worst service in the entire area. Been there four times, not at a busy time. Both of us being in the bar industry for over 25 years, we know the routine. We like to sit at the bar and we had our choice where to sit as it wasn't crowded. All FOUR visits, made eye contact with a bartender or two and not be acknowledged that they cared at all that we were waiting. And waiting, and watching new people walk in, sit and get served right across from us. Okay, regulars, fine. Still nothing from a bartender, no nod, smile or asking if we would like a menu or a drink. Nada. Guy next to us gets a refill on his tap beer. We are just staring thinking oh yay, we are next! Nope. Zero eye contact. Hmmm. Okay. Both bartenders were then visiting people up and down the bar. After about 10 minutes without any hope left of being served, we left. Again. So after all four visits nearly replicating themselves to a "T" we took our patronage elsewhere. *Side note, I stopped in at the near end of the night on St Patrick's Day with a friend. It was pretty slow by then. He ordered a sandwich and a beer while we sat at the bar. His sandwich was sitting alone in the window for over 20 min! No joke. It wasn't even busy! When my head was about to explode I finally had to stop someone to grab it for him. It was all wrong, soggy and cooled off but he was starving and ate it anyway. The bartender in me secretly had a complete meltdown as I have never witnessed such poor attitudes, service and lack of proper training collectively so many times in a single establishment. We tried, we really did. It would be so convenient for us to stop in a few times a week. Just a simple second to say (hey, sorry, I see you, or be there in a sec) would have made a big difference and may have decided to not leave this review. I prefer to leave positive, feel good reviews, I know I appreciate getting them, but this is all wrong. Don't show up with high expectations. Or any for that matter. read more

I am writing this review because I would consider myself and my partner somewhat "regulars" and last night was extremely disappointing. The bartender acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time and had a terrible attitude. She ignored us like the plague when we asked for anything and made it clear she did not want to be there nor did she want us there. When we left we both decided we will not be returning unfortunately anymore, or at least for awhile seeing there are not many options in our hometown. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and I have never been mistreated like that where I felt like someone hated me so much and their job, which is ironic because we are AMAZING tippers. Family of 6 went in on Fourth of July and it was pretty empty, but we ordered at around 6/6:15 and the food took around a half hour to arrive. The coleslaw was just drowning in the poppy seed sauce and the fried were nothing special. The home wrecker is a favorite of my fathers (see photos). Overall reasonably priced, but nothing special. I have been going to ZBGs for years for pizza , burgers etc.. I personally adore the pizza but all their food is great. It is a great place to just sit and have a drink inside or out. The staff is always wonderful and more than helpful when you are in need. I love extra spicy everything. Came here on the 4th of July 2022. Absolutely terrible service. Asked about sitting on the patio because it was all lit up and set up. The waitress said I guess we have a patio but I'm not waiting out there. Rarely checked on us when we had empty drink glasses. When we tried to order our food she said I need to go get a pen, she eventually came back more than 5 minutes late and wrote down our simple one pizza order. She came back 5 minutes later asking what our order was. Not to mention their super offensive sign that we noticed at the end of the meal about COVID and governor Tim Walz. I have been going here ever since they opened. The food is good and having a place to see your old classmates/community is great. However, the service is pitiful. I have served the past 7 years in surrounding multiple locations in the tri-county area and have never seen such lack of guest service or common courtesy in general. Upon entering, not ever have I been greeted or even a "hey there, we will with you shortly..". I have sat for well over ten minutes on multiple occasion. ANOTHER UPDATE: I begrudgingly came here for Bingo when my friends asked me to go. Terrible, terrible service. Our waitress never came to check on us. We had to keep going to her. Went to try the lunch buffet. Even more disappointing than the 1st visit. The tables hadnt been wiped down and had crumbs everywhere. Our waitress was very inattentive and we had to flag her down every time we needed something. And the buffet was out of EVERYTHING. They were out of plates, salad lettuce, sauce for the pasta, chicken, bread, and only 1 slice of pizza. And this was at lunch time when there were 5 other groups there. We told the waitress and she said they will refill stuff when they notice it going down, buy clearly no one was checking the buffet. I won't be back. We were really excited to eat here because the parking lot is always packed (usually indicating good food) and the reviews all seemed great. We went on Meat Raffle night, so we thought it would be a fun time. We were disappointed with how long our food took to come out, and we're even more disappointed with the lack of flavor. This is not the Angeno's my wife and I remember from our childhood. The pizza, pasta, calzones, and even the salad are nowhere near the same quality as their other locations. It is co-located with a bar, so don't bring your kids here at 2:00 in the afternoon unless you want them watching jackass on MTV2. The Italian sausage in my calzone was probably the worst I have been served in a long career of eating pizzas. The salad was bland and had no pepperoncini like it used to. The waitress was friendly but ultimately indifferent to our existence as paying customers. Unfortunately, I will not come here again and cannot recommend it as a valid food source for hungry humans. I used to live in MN and this place makes me wish I could move back! Their menu is amazing and I wanted to order everything. They have manicotti, pizza, calzones and fettuccini alfredo to name a few. I brought my two teenage boys and we got some boneless wings which were excellent quality, my other boy ordered shrimp alfredo and for once, a restaurant that puts plenty of sauce on the noodles! The sauce was great and not like any other place. I had a calzone and would give it 9 out of 10 stars. It tasted fantastic - the only thing I would change is I would make the crust just a tad thicker. My boys like to play pool and wouldn't you know they had 3 pool tables, foosball, darts, skiball and a pinball machine. Also a Megatouch screen game at the bar. This was a nice experience for us!
