It feels like they didn't just waste my money, but also my time. Honestly, it would've been better to just throw my money in the water instead of giving it to them. I called the number on the card, and the person who answered said he would be there to fix the problem within 5 days. When they didn't show, I called again. He asked me about the team who did the work, and I described who they were. He knew this team. Again, he said he would send someone to fix this issue, and no one showed. I would not recommend this organization for these reasons. They were more expensive than who I normally hire to do this work (they claimed they used better quality driveway sealer), the work was sub-standard, and the person who answered there phone calls was untruthful.

They are extremely frustrating to deal with. Interestingly, if you call in the evening when the local office is closed, Groundworks Canada answers the call, and actually does their best to help.
