I found Tony's/Teal Marine's number at the local West Marine... and wow, professional from the very start! We initially ordered a new transducer, but found that the chartplotters only needed a software update. I called Tony back and he was able to cancel the transducer order at no cost. I still wanted to install the AIS system, and being a transient boater Tony was able to find a gap in his schedule THAT very day due to a foul weather survey cancelation. When he arrived he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He got the job done quick and everything works perfectly. I give my highest recommendation to Teal Marine. Last year, he repaired paint damage on a…read moreused car I purchased and this year he repaired a dented bumper (due to damage from my own driveway and trying to get the car out between other cars) and paint damage on the same car from a shopping cart and a deep scratch car on my truck. He did a great job blending the colors and the results are great. You would never know that any repairs were done. The prices are reasonable and he was quick to return messages and schedule an appointment. I don't leave reviews often but I highly recommend Color Solutions. I cant be happier with the results.

We had planned to haul out in a few months for blister repair and bottom paint, after observing we decided we found our place. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and impeccable communication. Great pool and bath house, laundry, floating docks, dog park across the street, with instacart and walmart delivery options. Great short ride to Yorktown via dinghy to enjoy the free hop on and off trolly tour. Can't say enough great things about this place we will defiently return.

Wormley Creek Marina is by far my favorite marina so far. The staff is extremely friendly,…read moreknowledgeable and accommodating. They have just opened the new bath house, laundry room and pool. There are a couple of beautiful flower gardens, not to mention the marina is nestled in a placid area surrounded by large trees. The entire marina is pristinely manicured. They have a full working service yard and haul out. The ship store is stocked with a wide variety of boater's needs. We are on the great loop and needed a repair to our bow thruster, the marina was happy to work us in even though they were booked through July! So much to do close by, Uber does pick up from here and food can be delivered. If you get the chance this is a great place to stay.

This family-owned full-service marina at the southern entrance of Chesapeake Bay is extremely well run, clean, organized & friendly. Everyone I dealt with here at every level struck me as honest, friendly & competent. I had to leave the boat over the winter to have the transmission, shaft seal, & cutlass bearing replaced. Because they charge one price per boat (not per foot) for winter storage the place is full of very big sailboats wintering on long passages up & down the US coast. Mine was on the smaller side. Because they allow you to work on your own boat, which USED to be the norm, I spent many weekends over the fall & spring there & got to know this beautiful area filled with lots of marine businesses & extremely friendly people willing to help out a stranger. I was actually a little sad to leave in Spring. The yard did my repairs on time, highly professionally & their prices were reasonable compared to many other bigger-name marinas in the area. Their well-maintained facilities also included free use of a pool, showers, clubhouse lounge & even use of a car for local errands. Deltaville is only about an hour by car from Colonial Williamsburg & close to other historic sites like Jamestown. Sailing families with kids will particularly enjoy stopping here, though there is no mass transit as far as I could see. DYC sells boat gas but not diesel, which was a surprise, but it isn't far away. The inlet to get in here can get shallow but I saw scores of big deep-draft fixed-keel sailboats on the hard here so evidently not a problem. You just need to time your comings & goings well. This breakdown could have been a soul-destroying, money-sucking nightmare for me at some other marinas. Instead, I was extremely lucky to land here. Can't praise & thank everyone there enough.
