I have came here for multiple visits. A couple times on my Element, and another for my motorcycle I…read morehad just bought. I wanted an inspection but wasn't sure my rim would pass it. I took it to the owner, who is extremely cool and knowledgeable, took a look at it. Pointed out that the rim was exposing the bead and the tire had cracked. Didn't even charge me. Went back for the inspection and was in and out of the door. Another time I took my window regulator. Not only did they repair it, which other shops refused since I didn't buy it from them, but they also charged me a great price and told me they don't overprice repairs because they believe in honest work and not screwing paying customers. I always recommend them to anyone I know needing work done.

Called to get a quote for a service, the young lady took the call and quoted me a price that I felt…read morewas to much, I wasn't rude or anything I nicely asked for the reason for that price. She explained but it still didn't make sense to me so I nicely said "okay thank you" she rudely responded and stated "alright bye" and disconnected the call. I have spent my money with these people on many occasions and usually the owner (who's a male usually helps and is usually professional and nice) so it was my first time dealing with her. However I am also a business owner and worked In customer service for years so the way you talk to a customer is super important to me. Especially if it's a customer who actually gave you their hard earned money on more than one occasion and to get a rude action like that is a slap in the face. I hate to say it but I may not give them my money ever again for that because that was absolutely rude! So to the lady who was rude here's a pointer for you "WETHER THE CUSTOMER IS GOING TO ABLOAGE OR NOT, KEEP YOUR ADDITUDE TO YOURSELF! NO ONE WHOS LOOKING TO PAY YOU WANTS TO DEAL WITH THAT CRAP! Just because of you being rude you lost a paying customer. I am no longer doing referrals either.

Went back today to make a purchase, I'm telling you don't sleep on this new Marine shop/store. It's really the perfect place to stop on your way to the river!

Took my 2006 Yamaha 90 outboard, connected to the boat to this establishment in June. Motor was…read moregoing into "guardian mode". After a $800.00 repair bill for new carburetors, was told all was good. When I took the boat out a couple of weeks later, NO CHANGE IN MOTOR PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!! So took it to another repair shop and was told that the reason was motor not pumping cooling water. After calling Poni back regarding this issue, I was informed that they would look into the issue, for another cost. They also stated that since I did not request they sea test the motor they did not perform such a test. With a comment like that, I declined to have them service the motor and had another marine look at it. They found that the lower unit water impeller was damaged causing the cooling issue. Plus found that the carburetors had green mold inside them. After I informed the owner of PONI, I was refunded $200.00. But that does not cover the expensive of having to have a real mechanic look at my motor. And this establishment claims that they are a Yamaha service center. With the type of service I received how can this place have five stars?
