I like how they have alternatives if you want to further your stretch. The downfall is that the space is very small and you can comfortably fit 6-8, but this place is so popular they'll max out at 12-14. However, no matter how large or small the class is you still get a great session overall. I recommend showing up 20-30 mins prior to get a good spot.
