I was also told they would come to my house and look at the job on that coming up Monday, the day before the job was to take place. I message that Monday evening to see if this took place and I was given a new quote in which I agreed to, with the job still being Tuesday. Come Tuesday, they showed up and said they could not complete the job as it was too large and would take too long. This company clearly does hold their word and it turns out that no one actually came out to my house on that Monday before I was given the new quote, they just based it on my second set of photos I sent. This is 100% their error and they should still have follow through on our agreement but they won't.

We hired 804 Restore to do an epoxy floor in our basement and it was the worst decision we ever…read moremade. There were seams in the floor, mind you these types of floors are supposed to be seamless. Areas that started bubbling up less than a month after install. No protection of surrounding walls and windows so there is exoxy splatter all over the place. A one year warranty was offered and after notifying Scott and his team about the issues he pushed off the repair work to almost the end of our year warranty. I'm assuming he did this in an attempt to get any additional repair work out of the warranty period.
