The work was noisy and their workday was long. But worth it. The price was not inexpensive, but we believe for the number of workers, and the extent of the work, the price was fair. Zion Insulators was the most thorough in their estimate, as well as most competitively priced. I wish all our estimates for home improvements had this same combination of quality and affordability. Felix and Jose replaced the fallen baffles, air sealed everything, created a dam for the attic hatch to maximize the insulation around the hatch, brought our blow-in insulation up to R-49, and took pictures of their finished work. The degree difference is now just 3 degrees, and much more comfortable. To top it off, Felix gave me a ring about a month later to see how the insulation was performing, and will stop by to make some very minor improvements around the attic hatch that I would not have demanded or expected. So I give them all the credit for being amazing professionals who go above and beyond. I'd say I did plenty of research, and can recommend Zion Insulators without hesitation. Thanks again!
