The haircuts I saw looked on point, fresh fades...all of it. Then I waited. For an hour and a half. No further acknowledgement. The clientele turned over three times. No doubt I was expecting to wait on a Saturday, but for an hour and a half without any sign that the staff knew I was there...I didn't expect that. If you were booked up, say so. If you didn't have an opening for two hours...tell me...I'll go grab lunch. Is business so good that you don't need another paying customer? The one that you let walk out without any acknowledgement was looking for a regular barber, tips good and pays cash. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would.

It's the best type of haircut you can receive b/c you are not leaving there unless your hair is cut the way you want it. He hooked me up with a nice bald fade and hard tapered part. It's a pretty standard cut but I have had plenty barbers mess it up in the past. If you're looking for a cut during these stressful times, I urge you to link up with Rachaan. I watched as this man butchered my haircut with the confidence of Midas himself. I even showed him a picture before I went in, and he wasn't even close. Not even in the ballpark. I'm not being a picky jerk. The only haircut that I have received worse than this, was the cut I was given my first day if Marine Corps boot camp--at 4am with a dull steak knife. I had driven by earlier in the morning and thought that the illuminated 'OPEN' sign was a mirage of my peripheral vision. But later, en route to an eventual job interview, I saw that the parking lot was no longer empty. Older gentlemen, young fathers and sons, and middle aged 'walk ins' were welcomed by Carrie. The short wait was worth it as I was entertained by a vast array of periodicals from Field and Stream, Handyman, Golf (on which I passed on) and even a few dated National Geographic. This barber (a Southern Indian native and avid basketball fan) did a wonderful job and gained my wife's, seldom received accolades.
