These guys are good neighbors. Like literally, we're close enough to call each other that. They've done keys for me, for vehicles and for home, and they're always fast and reliable. At one point, I needed some assistance, as you do when it's time to call a locksmith. The service I would need required a person to come out. They said they'd be fine with doing it if I REALLY insisted, but they recommended me do something myself instead. They explained it would be a lot less expense for me to DIY replace something then have them work on it. They're practical, honorable, and there for the customer. Can't ask for anything better. Worst customer service ever!!! I went in to their office on October 31st at 2:00 pm and the older gentleman behind the counter had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. I walked in he looked at me and continued to type on his computer. I finally said hello and waited for him to give me eye contact so he could finish whatever I was inconveniencing with. He finally look up but said nothing...I took that as he was ready to see why I was bothering him so I asked him if he could make a duplicate key. He shrugged his shoulders like what do you want. I then asked him if he even wanted to help me. His response was year, make and model. I turned around and walked out. Without knowing what I wanted he told me that it would take him a week to duplicate and it would cost $200. I told him that's okay I didn't want to give him my money anyway I would go somewhere they wanted to help me. Good Luck with employees like this you will need it. read more
