Horrible customer service from management. Car was damaged while at this establishment and they take no blame for a cracked front windshield?! Even after I spoke with the employee whose face was right next to the spot that was damaged and confirmed he saw nothing wrong before I went in. Disgusting business practices. I've been paying for the platinum membership for about a year now. They last few months haven't been the same. The workers no longer scrub the front windshield with the brush or even use the pressure washer bug spray. Should I downgrade my membership since they no longer do the extra steps for the best wash ?? We all just want our moneys worth. Let's not forget there are tons of car wash options here in hemet. If you want to cancel the membership through the website or the phone number they have listed it's useless and no one responds. Fraud and I feel stolen from. This company has been charging my account for over four months for services at a facility I do not use or have no more need for because I don't live in Hemet. They don't respond to emails or calls. I go to this car wash all the time but this time David helped me. He is great. He told me about the new customer deal. $1 for a month of car washes then $25 a month after that. David is the only person that has ever sprayed the bug and tar remover on the whole front of the grill. The others just spray alittle here and there. Great job David!!! read more

Very disappointment at this place .Ihave been a long time customer with the E Hemet place for a long time. always very friendly people came back from a long trip and decided to get my vehicle washed,always tell the person to make sure to wash the bugs of the front windshield before sending it through. this time around the employee advised me that they have a new manager and they will not wash the bugs,well what a disappointment. i told them to cancel my contract, for 19 dollars a month they would at least take care of the windshield read more

A manager caused damage to my vehicle using a brush without my permission as they usually ask. Resulted in 50+ scratches. Owner of Car Wash has ignored and dodges direct conversation, left a repair estimate for $1300 with a manager. Never heard a thing back. Sent pictures as well, showed pictures to staff, and showed physically. Update: Karl and I haven't spoken since these text messages, he's a POS business owner who cant handle the responsibilities of a professional. He's gone out of his way to discredit me. Good drive through car wash. I didn't like the scent of the air freshener, but the free vacuum was nice. Very affordable.

Beware of the cheap airfreshner they give they damage the plastic molding they start pulling your interior they should atlwast have the courtesy of telling people that it damage your car I sent them an email they they are not responsible. read more

Bait and switch by ZipLine Express Car Wash I had a coupon for a free carwash from that coupon magazine we all get. Just had to download their app. So I did and presented the coupon and was told that the owner, Karl, instructed all employees not to honor the coupon. Wtf. I was next in line and couldn't back out so I had to pay for the wash which was supposed to be free! Don't trust this place. I reached out to Karl via email with no response now for 4 days. It's messed up to take advantage of us Hemet residents who are on a budget and thought we found a good deal. Shame on you Karl! read more

At first, I like the zip line, but I had an older car and it didn't matter. I got a new car and now my paint seems to be dulling . The last three car washes were not good . The back of my car was not cleaned at all. I noticed they were trucks , working on the car wash line, so the next time I went in, I thought OK this should be better, but no the car wash stopped abruptly towards the end and pushed me back to the beginning. The machine broke my license plate and my license I no longer feel safe there. read more

I take my car and my wife's every weekend and have always received good service. The manager Justin makes sure customers are taken care of. I have seen him help customers when he has time. I've been a monthly customer here (1 SUV, 1 pick up) for quite a while. It seems like the quality of the wash that I get has deteriorated, especially since they "upgraded" the equipment. The back of my SUV and Truck do not get washed with the big brush and always have a lot of soapy residue when the wash is done. The blowers don't clear the windows of water either. The only reason I'm still using their service is it's close to my home. read more

I like this place. I've only been here once, costs $5. You get a good car wash, a token for the vacuum and air freshener. This place was empty a few months ago. Now that they changed the machinery here, it's the best place for a cheap car wash. Lots of people coming through. Bring your own towels to dry your car, the blowers don't dry the car very well. I normally pay $4 to wash my own car at those stall based car washes...for the extra dollar, I'm done with that. read more
