I went in for a basic car wash, even though I just got my truck detailed the week before they still charge me an extra $20 on top of the $50 wash that I selected. As frustrating as that was, I decided to still continue with it due to not having any other options. Two hours and five minutes later (was the 2nd person there at 8am opening), they say my truck's ready the floor mats haven't even been touched. The front of the Dully fenders still have just as much dirt as before they washed it, the interior looks like crap, this has to be the worst car wash to payment ratio in my life. It's top 3 for sure! Your money ahead to wash it at home or go to a self service. This place has gone downhill by a long way. read more

This place has the worst customer service. There were 2 cars in front of me when I got in line. 2 hours later my car was still sitting waiting to be finished. When I askes if they were hiring because they obviously need more help, I was dismissed. She slammed my receipt on the counter and said that's enough Bye. Bye is right. They are over priced, do a mediocre job and take forever. FYI to be on guard people. I just got my car washed this morning and the cashier was EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT when I was inquiring about the 'repeat customer or point system', - and so early on a Sunday morning. She was very curt and seemed to be so annoyed (there wasn't anyone in line behind me) that having just come from church, I said: "wow, the devil is alive this morning" and she said "yes he is!" Her fake courtesy continued to the point when I said I just have to call the Better Business Bureau, she ENCOURAGED me to do so saying!!! - "yes you can call the BBB". Now to the owner, with all that's going on in the world today, I feel confident you can find someone to work who will at least not take their bad day out on your customers - driving them away, and perhaps even elevate your service. Maybe she (who refused to give me her name) can be cross trained to work with the staff working on the cars and not directly with the customers. The wash was good - which is why I came, but because of the poor reception/courtesy I received, I will definitely be looking into going elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here for over 15 years and for the last year it's been worse with every visit. I Pay for a signature wash which is $80+, for that price I expect a decent cleaning. I have noticed I've been getting charged for my mat cleanings and this is what I get each time. The interior cleaning seems overlooked with every wash. I will not be returning as I've mentioned this previously to managers and nothing has changed, just worsen over my visits here. I will no longer be recommending them. read more

She wouldn't tell me her name so I had to ask other staff but Jenny the representative in the office cashing out on 7/1/26 is very rude and unprofessional. It suck's when you have employees with poor customer service skills representing the establishment, It brings the value of the business down and turns away good business. The gentleman that worked on my car were awesome but the tall Hispanic lady with the thin eyebrows whom I now know as Jenny was very rude! She made no eye contact, had a problem with simple questions I asked pertaining to tipping. I wanted to make sure the gentleman working on my car would receive it being that I'm paying with card and it's my first time here. She said if you want you can walk to an atm instead of telling me the cash back option upfront. She tossed my money on the counter instead of handing it to me, just ugh very stank and unprofessional. It says this car wash opens at 8a. Im always here early b4 8 waiting in line. They are never ready to open at 8, it takes them 20 minutes to set up. Management needs to get on the ball and have the workers start 15 minutes b4 8 and set up and be ready to open at 8. The female cashier is rude and doesn't want to help if you have a question. Let's start off with this is the only all-cloth car wash in the area. I researched it. There are two others, one in Perris and the other in Norco. The cloth-only wash is the reason I have been taking my cars here for the last three years. There are other automatic car wash services nearby, but I refuse to go there. I hear lots of horror stories about cars getting scratched! At Hemet Car Depot, the service has always been great. Jennifer has always been polite and welcoming. She smiles and remembers me and that I am a teacher! She asks me about my classes and says she wishes she had a teacher like me when she was in school. That says a lot! Jose, the service manager, has worked with me a couple times on price. The last time I had to borrow my brother's truck for a long period of time. As a gift I had his truck detailed inside and two weeks later on the outside. He recognized me and gave me a discount. The staff is really nice but the main reason I come here is that the workers do great work. If they didn't I would not be coming here. You would do well for your car coming here. And if you get the local phone book (yes they still exist!) look in the back for coupons! read more

I came for a quick wash. I got the silver package for $12.99. I simply handed a worker my keys, I walk inside to pay, and sat in the shaded waiting area. They didn't give me any estimate or heads up on how long it would take for my car to finish. About 30 minutes pass... my car is still nowhere to be seen and I notice that there haven't been any cars being cleaned for a while. I start walking around and another customer asked if that was my car while pointing. I said yes and he tells me that THEY LOCKED MY KEYS INSIDE THE CAR. None of the staff cared to tell me and I had to hear from another customer! A short visit turned into a long waiting game at the car wash. BE WARNED: many of the staff either did not wear a mask or wore their mask below their nose. Many customers were not wearing masks either. Overall, they did an okay job cleaning my car, but I would not come here if you just need a quick car wash. I ended up waiting about an hour for my quick $13 car wash.... and they locked my keys in my car without telling me. read more

I have read the many, many, negative reviews for this business. I am sympathetic to many of them; the desk service is not particularly warm & fuzzy. However, my car is always thoroughly clean. Sometimes this means waiting, but I make a point of not going to a carwash when I'm in a hurry. Today, it is 103 degrees in Hemet. These men & women are working in this heat doing a job I don't want to do for myself. I got to sit in a clean lobby that is nicely air conditioned. And again, my car is very clean, & I am quite picky. It's not a cheap car wash, but it is commiserate to the other car washes in the area. Please consider how wretched it would be to have to be in 103 degree weather for any length of time besides lounging on a beach or a pool. Be kind. read more
