I have been zip lining five different times before going to Utah to zip line and hands-down the longest implying that I've ever done. The line was long it went over water you had to start really high and the staff was very knowledgeable and I felt safe the entire time we were doing it. We also did one bridge which was kind of fun and broke up the zip lines. Would recommend to anybody who it needs something to do during the day in Park city read more

My dad, my grandpa and I had a fabulous time here for my birthday! I see the Deer Creek ziplines every time I drive to Heber and I've always wanted to to the Screaming Falcon! It's HUGE and sends you right over the lake. You can't beat the view! They say you go faster in summer than winter so I may try it again in a summer month because while I went speedy quick at first, I started slowing down in the middle and didn't make it to the end lol. We did the cheaper package with the 5 ziplines and added the screaming falcon on top. You can add the screaming falcon to any package for a cheaper add on price than it costs alone. The guides were really sweet young college kids who we really enjoyed seeing be knowledgeable but also have fun. They were talkative, smart and strong so we felt like we were in good hands! Booking was easy, finding the facility was easy, everything was great! Be sure to tip ;) they deserve it read more

We went on the screaming falcon. It wasn't as intimating as I thought it would be. I would definitely do more of the course in the future. My husband and some others hit the breaks alittle hard coming into dock which left them using their hands to get across the rest of the line. I recommend pumping the breaks at the end vs just breaking. Fun experience. Will do it again. read more

Went zip lining here 5/6/2021, my girlfriend and I lucked out and was able to purchase a last minute kingfisher tour. I would recommend booking your tour in advance however. The staff is very friendly and will safely guide you on your Zipline tour. We definitely plan on coming back to plan their 80ft Zipline jump/full tour. Not flexible... We spent $5,000 bringing a youth group today (50 people). I was sad they wouldn't let one girl join when she showed up 10 minutes late (despite everyone just sitting there waiting for an explanation and her rigging sitting on the floor available. Silly. Very inflexible. They were also unwilling to refund us for 4 that didn't show -- again, hard to understand when we brought such a large group and would have had no way to have a perfect count as much as we tried. They were clearly overwhelmed with our numbers, but I wish they could have not acted so put out. They seemed rushed and almost bothered there were so many of us. The safety of the zipline is perfect, and the views are more than amazing. The group is organized and good at what they do -- they just need to work on customer service a bit. read more

It was my first time zip lining. I was impressed with Blake's thorough way of handling safety/instruction (being clear and keeping it light to keep the group at ease). After my zip (total blast, 4000' on the Screaming Eagle), I got to watch Adam on the receiving end as he assisted each incoming zipper; he was organized and prepped everything for each person. Visited Zipline Utah with my family on 6/30/20, we had a blast! The course was amazing with spectacular views of the mountains and lake. We did the Screaming Eagle tour, the biggest one, made up of 10 ziplines and several rope bridges. It was a bit more of a workout than expected, it was part ropes course and part zipline, but well worth it! Our guides, Treyson and Juddy were fantastic! So helpful and lots of fun. They did a great job of explaining everything and keeping our tour rolling. We've done ziplining several times and in different places around the world and this was one of the best! Highly recommend you give them a try if you're looking for some fun and excitement. Big thanks to Treyson and Juddy...you guys rock! read more

We had a great experience with the staff here! Price is reasonable and the staff was very friendly. The view was just amazing. I wish we tried it during winter or middle of summer to get a better view, but we ended up being here on a cold day. They helped me set my gopro on my helmet and assisted with all our needs. This was an amazing new experience with beautiful views! My guides were Treyson and Adam who were absolutely amazing. They explained each step clearly and were motivators along the way (this was not as easy as it looks). The aerial bridges were a struggle for me--I was too short to reach and hold onto the zipline above me to cross. Adam was kind enough to walk along side me and pull it down within my reach. We've gone ziplining here twice and both times we had an awesome experience. The staff are well trained and very safety conscious. Taking the big zip over the lake is so much fun and it's an amazing view. I lost my sunglasses on our last trip there over Memorial weekend, and let them know in the hut. Visited Zipline Utah this week with a bunch of my co-workers. Had a great time. Excellent team building experience. And simply a lot of fun. A big rush of adrenaline from the speed and the height. Very cool. The views are beautiful right now with the snow covered mountains. The park is maybe 50% complete and already a great time. The big line across the lake is going to be amazing when it's open. And I'm excited to try some of the new obstacles they are putting in. Jon said they are hoping to be finished by May. Jon and his crew of guides are great. Very professional. Excellent teachers. Very impressed with the attention to detail and the safety equipment. I've only gone zip lining overseas before. By comparison this feels like a much safer, more professional, operation. read more

My wife and I came here on 5-3-16. She was excited to zip line for the first time and conquer two of her innate fears: heights and climbing grated stairs at heights. Steve, Cy and Michael did a fantastic job and were with us the whole time. They provided excellent instruction and helped ease my wife's trepidation. When she went down the first run, we heard her go "weeeee!" We knew she'd love it. The owner is nice too. This is in a beautiful setting and affordable. Let me first tell you that the rude parking lady that you first encounter when going to your "amazing" zip line needs customer training service. By the way, plan on bringing $20 cash, you can't use a card because it's too windy up there, for parking for your scheduled tour that is $50 per person for one trip on a short zip line. This is the most janky zip line I've ever been on. Way overpriced, and with the worst zip line harness and break system I've had. I've been on several other amazing zip lines for half the price. Don't waste your money here!! The only positive were the nice people running the zip line. read more

Not your average zip course. It has it all! Great views! Big lines, big speed, big bridges, and big stairs. Their website is clear about their course, be ready for an endurance course. With that being said it wasn't as bad because of the many little breaks in the shade under the stairs that you could take while group is catching up. That helped and the fact that the pace was slow. You never felt rushed like on other courses we've experienced. The staff did a good job checking us in, staff was their to answer any questions, instructions were given and they provided water on the course. I PREFER the glove stop type of breaking , it's funner! Safety level was high and I never noticed anything out of the ordinary for this type of adventure sport. The gloves could be better though. If fact I've seen much worse. Some courses you do everything your self. My wife and I have been on many courses and this place is in our top 5. It's interesting the different experiences you get from course to course such as views, construction, staff, physical requirements, and travel time. Most course have some sort of vehicle to transport to course. Add this to your collection memories and experiences You won't regret it!!! read more

Coming from out of state, we decided to try out Zip Line Utah. The team was great, the lines were great and the overall experience was amazing. While we couldn't do the tour we selected due to a shortage of guides, they let us go with a bigger tour at no extra cost. We're so glad we decided to stay. Oh if you can, do the free fall.
