This person had to leave by ambulance and the dog became very distressed. Rather than force the dog to be groomed under such stressful circumstances they brought him out and asked if they should continue. Of course we took the dog home and he will go back another day. I'm switching groomers! I love that they cared about the dog and how he was feeling. My dog is my baby and I have been looking for a groomer that is sensitive with her. The sensitivity, customer service, and maturity of the people working the counter in an emergency was amazing. I can't wait to see how they do grooming my dog!

The store is so cute and neat as everything a cat or dog owner would need was in the store. Plenty of toys, food, accessories, treats, and other items could all be found in this shop! The owner Sara was super knowledgeable and friendly with not only us but all customers that came by. She knew the different products in the store which is always a good sign. I also was interested in the natural treats being sold near the checkout station as I never saw frog legs or rabbit ears in any pet store that I have been to. I asked Sara what would be a better treat and she went above and beyond by telling me their benefits. I went with the rabbit ear as she told me it would also be fun to watch them react to it due to my dogs' natural predatory instincts as I love to record their reactions to new things. The cheese bites were also picked up cause they reminded of the human cheese balls and thought it would be cute to see their reaction to having a dog friendly version. Our dogs loved their new treats so money well spent and thanks Sara for the suggestion!

She explained to us that everything in the store is at the dogs' level so they could experience the store as well. She was gracious in allowing our dog to sniff around and check everything out, and was very helpful in showing us the selection of leashes, including leashes made from recycled climbing rope, which I think is pretty cool. The employee was incredibly friendly to both the dog and the humans, and was generous with treats for our large-bread, even asking if the flavor was okay due to potential allergies. She even sent us off with a free sample bag of chicken treats. Overall, we had a great experience shopping here.

Kitty identified some aging health issues with my 14 yr. old dog, Chewy. I think i was in denial, and her awareness helped me through Chews' end of life process. His organs were failing. Their prices are better than any store within 50 miles! They carry goat tender & excel & swetlix which is what we use & most places have one of these items so we were going to multiple stores. The ladies inside are so wonderful & know when I come I'm usually on an ER run or I send someone with a list & they always make sure we get what we need. Warehouse staff turns over some BUT we always know they will figure it out & load us & are friendly.
