My CarFax schedule (for 10 year warranty) required oil/filter change, tire rotation and brake inspection. With my oil/filter - the total cost was ~$37. Oil change itself was $15. I had an appointment for 8:00a, they got it in 5-8 mins after I arrived, they had 4 people work on it in tag team style, they were done no more than 20 mins later. I was allowed to watch them as the drive on ramp/lift was right next to the observation room. They did everything including a full multipoint inspection. I was so impressed I gave them a $20 tip for their 'Christmas/coffee/donut' can and was out of there by 8:30. Two days later my CarFax record had been updated by them. Thoroughly impressed, will definitely be back, will bring all my cars there going forward, except one. Only bummer, the reason I contacted them in the 1st place was to have a place to take my Corvette for oil changes. They said they really don't do that anymore, only for one Vette owner as he's been a long-time customer. Not sure for reluctance as they have the drive on ramp lift as well as multiple 4-point lifts, I have 4-point jack pads affixed on the belly pan of Vette at factory lift points. I wasn't going to press them but will still need to find an economical place to do the Vette. If you are in the area, have them work on your vehicle.

Depending on what needs repaired, we typically have our vehicle back the same day. They seem to do mostly any vehicle repair from oil changes, brakes, rotors, calipers, air conditioning, heat, exhaust and simply checking for leaks. We have a diesel F-250 that he's replaced the transmission on a few times for us. (This was an after market transmission that we purchased and had shipped to Power Auto and had them install it and remove it again once it became faulty. Not Power's fault for our multiple transmissions.) I've had all of my regular maintenance on my Lincoln done by Power Automotive as well as replacing a transmission in it shortly after I purchased it. I like that they have the ability to text you information/documents about repairs, receipts and even pay using a link on your phone before even arriving to pick up your car. The jeep they diagnosed it with worn suspension components and brakes. My daugher wanted to do the job so when we pulled her jeep apart it was exactly as Harrington's said. Harrington diagnosed my ram. Again they were right on the money. I replaced more than they said since the truck was apart. Bottom line what they said was wrong was wrong. What Harrington said was right was right. I gladly paid them to diagnose a vechile, then they aligned it. People have gone to this shop with estimates from other shops and Harrington has fixed only what needs to done. I know multiple people and vechiles that have been one and done. This shop is worth dealing with.

Great customer service!! I thought that my starter was going out. When I called Jim Koestner's to…read moremake the appointment they were super friendly and suggested that it may be my battery and said they would take a look at it. They found that there was just a bad connection from the battery due to corrosion. They cleaned the corrosion, replaced two bolts, and charged me $19. I'm always weary to go to new mechanics just because I don't know anything about cars and they have the ability to lie and tell you whatever they want to get your money. Jim Koestner's did not do this!! I will definetely be taking my car back whenever it needs to be serviced.

The other shop fixed the issue but it was done incorrectly and didn"t last so I had to have the repair done again. I also had another issue that a Ford dealership shop quoted me about $800-$900 dollars. Lane's was able to save me over $500 by checking around and getting me the best price possible. They are always kind and friendly. Needless to say this is the only shop I take my car to,even for the average oil change.
