Saturday afternoon we decided to stop to get the winter salt off the car. We pulled into the three lane car wash to find the middle lane blocked off so there was only one new customer and the member line available. Because of the weather and the closed stall I am sure that contributed to the line was backed out to the street. We sat for 10 minutes before an employee came out to help move the lines along. We were greeted by Savannah who offered us wash options. We decided on the PRO for $24.00. we paid with credit card and were on our way. There was a women inside wearing her safety eyeglasses directing our vehicle into the tracks. After we were lined us she pointed at the sign to put into neutral and take it for all the break. The. We were on our way. Received all the standard wash and exited with ease. The expressway to I-70 in ramp is close by so we were able to get on our way quickly. read more

I got good value for the price, but I was upset because I had additional charges for two more months. When I complained, they made it easy to have the additional charges removed. I give them 5* for the service and their response to me, but a 2* for their bookkeeping or method of obtaining information. The score of 3* is if they don't do something to improve their bookkeeping. If they did do something, they would get a 5*. read more

Very disappointed on today's visit. I pulled into the Bridgeton Zips around 8:30 Friday morning to get a quick car wash. I pulled into an open lane where there was a young guy wearing a bandana over his face. In his hand was an order tablet with wash options. I asked for the $12 basic wash. He said no, you have to purchase the $18 or higher wash. I said there is a $12 wash right on his tablet, but he refused. I said no. As there was no one else behind me, I backed up, turned around and left. Why is there the big kiosk where I can take care of my self. I don't need an employee with a tablet telling me I can't purchase a wash that is posted. And I certainly don't need employees wearing a bandana over his face. It's 2025, not 2020. read more

Horrible car wash -- do not recommend. Why? 45 minutes wasted for a bad outcome. 1) person at machine, 30 minute wait to move forward in a 3 car line just to pay. Cheapest car wash is $12, went through and half of car was as dirty as before as if only 1 side of the car wash was working. Asked for a refund as it was obviously not working right, no refunds, worker said he just works there. The free vacuums were a joke, pulled hose out of holster, barely any suction power and then nozzle part fell off. Wasted $12 and car was still dirty. read more

Zips is a ripoff. Paid for a $18 car wash, machine didn't print a recipe. I get in and fine out the water jet system wasn't working on the right side of the wash. Left the wash to vacuum out my truck. Saw the rights side has soap and dirt on it. Even had streaks where the brushes had missed. Walked into their office and asked to go through again, was told they couldn't because I didn't have a recipe... I explained the machine didn't provide one even when I requested it... debates for a minute and got a code to go through again. Same outcome. Left with half a truck clean but they wouldn't provide a refund... they knew the machine was not providing recipes, they knew the wash was broken and just taking peoples money. This company is terrible and is stealing money when they know their machines are broken and then use the lack of a receipts when they know they don't provide them. read more

Zips replaced the Blue Iguana name on the building and other than that nothing has changed in the purchase. Zips has several club packages, which are a value if you get your car washed several times a month. Bring a cloth to dry your vehicle--the blow driers don't do an adequate job of removing leftover water. Vacuums are capable. They're not free as advertised but included in the price of the wash. read more

Somehow the quality of the wash has deteriorated even more since Zips took over Blue Iguana. It took 3 tries to get my credit card to work in the machine. Once I got in the wash everything seemed fine but halfway the soap seemed like it was spraying out. Sure enough about an hour afterwards I could see the dried little soap sprays all over my car. Obviously the rinse cycle didn't take these off. I think I'm finished here. read more

This company states their signage removes them from the liability of damage done to cars. I beg to differ. I have used other machine type car washes with no damage to my vehicle. So the damage was clearly caused by the machinery and therefore the company should be liable to reimburse for damages. I welcome the company to contact me to reimburse me for damages. I stand by my statement to not use this automatic car wash. If it was a mechanism by which I can give a half-star I would...and this would only be for the young man who took the damage report and handled all other issues alone while I was on the property. read more

Zips on St Charles Rock road is the worst. I pay $35 a month for the full wash but the tire shine is always broken and the two brushes just before the hot wax never work. I am getting ripped off paying for a service that I do not receive. read more

Terrible wash. My car wasn't that dirty but the wash didn't even remove bird poop from windshield, also didn't rinse soap off mirrors or back windshield. I thought I was just getting a quick wash and didn't plan to have to wipe all the soap suds off the car, no, it looks worse than when I went in there with all the spots. read more

Lines are always long and the wash doesn't do a good job , on top of that a car got stuck in the wash the same day I went . they didn't bother to shut the was down to get the parts out of the wash so when I went through my damn windshield got card from flying car pieces . Went here to get the bird poop off of my car and left with almost all of it still on. Not worth the $15 at all.

Car wash is fine, but half the vacuums don't even have any suction. Today when I went there were no clean cloths. None. And the bug prep station has been empty for weeks. So you can pretreat your car. Overpriced for what you get. read more

I cancelled my membership several months ago and they are still charging my credit card - wtf!!!

They were very quick and helpful with me as I was dealing with family stress they made sure I got in and out very quickly. The manager Taylor explained to me what was included and was super helpful. read more
