Weird. Credit card terminal didn't work. Unfriendly dude smelling like weed came out with a cracked iPad to take my credit card. When my car got to the tunnel it wasn't even on. Had to wait for it to be started. This was nowhere near opening or closing time. When the wash was done it didn't even get the whole back of the car. read more

Be very careful going to this business. Kid with an iPad took my card, and asked if I wanted a membership. I said no, just one wash please. We went through. Wash was... ok. Then discovered they'd been charging my card for a membership that I never agreed to. Had to cancel the card, and start a fraud investigation. This is apparently a tactic Zips is OK with. read more

WaitEd in line for thirty minutes to be assisted with an attendant. me and other cars were blocked in and unable to pay due to them duct taping off the cash dispensers and unable to swipe our cards for service. We waited and finally when met with an attendant after 30 minutes stuck they said "Sorry it was lunch.". Worst ZIPS ever and will not be using again. If you have no attendant to staff or wash cars then close. read more

Been to this location many times. This time asked for the basic attendant said only basic plus. Which is a complete lie as I've been there many times. I could even see it in her pad pressed her she said this what they are offering. $18 so clearly an up charge for no reason you want a few extra bucks ok. For the couple dollars extra you stole you will never see my business again good luck. read more

Vacuums don't work. No towels. Staff doesn't seem to care. I'll go somewhere else next time

We are premium members -been through this car wash many times. On April 19th, 2024, the left part of my rear windshield got bashed in by the car wash, and even though we were honking the horn and asking for them to stop no one came to the rescue, so the next part of the car wash came over the top and destroyed the rest of it, slinging, glass and water and suds into my car. Which actually still has not been cleaned out. after having integrity and claiming it was their responsibility, they have dragged it out almost a month so finally, I had to put the window on my credit card. Hoping that they will reimburse me the nearly $600 of damage. I highly recommend going to a hand wash instead of auto wash like these as even when they recognize responsibility they and their insurance will drag it out leaving you without a drivable car. Also, that's a pretty expensive car wash don't you think? Needless to say, not a member anymore. You may want to reconsider this for yourself. read more

Will, the manager, did a great job setting me up with a monthly plan. Great car wash, great service.

This automatic car wash destroys vehicles, it ripped my roof rack apart which was OEM and also broke my side mirror and tore off a piece of weatherstripping from the side. I was told that they could do nothing about the damage and to have a nice day. Will Never go here again!! read more

the speed of the wash has been turned up really fast probably 30 seconds and you are done. several vacuums are broke just laying on ground .there is no tire shine now iam a monthly member and disappointed they use to do a great job but now its really bad read more

Very disappointed with Zips. Car attendent offered 2 $10 car washes. However, when I went for the second car wash it signed me up for a package deal of $45.00. It was NEVER presented that we would become a monthly package. I do not like it when someone tries to pull one over on me. I won't return. Money was never refunded. read more

This was a very good carwash. It got under my rear spoiler in the rear very effectively, which I was impressed by, the kiddo loved the colors, and said it was fun to go through, the soap usage is very healthy, actually TONS of suds, which leads to leaving little to no scratches(very good thing for an automatic wash, as many companies can be stingy with the soap usage). I also feel the cost to have been very low, granted I got the basic wash due to it raining. Overall great experience, will come back again. read more

I went to get my car washed at your Forest, VA location the morning of July 8th. As usual, a Zips employee was standing at the car wash payment and wash selection area to what I mistakenly thought was to assist in moving cars along. The guy wanted to sell me an unlimited pass for 3 months for $25. I told him I did not live there and was not interested. He told me he would give me the pass and it did not have to be placed on my car instead I could give it to someone who lived in the area. That made no sense to me but hey, I believed him and made the purchase. I was going to give this pass to someone else and called to find out when it expired. Your employee lied to me; he sold me a monthly pass for $25 that was scheduled for renewal at the beginning of August. Zips, you lack integrity and honesty and you have failed as a quality business. I want my $25 back immediately. I have canceled this plan and will make sure I spread the word to everyone to stay away from Zips. read more

EVERY SINGLE time I go to any local Zips location, there is ALWAYS something broken. It's normally the tire shine and the vacuums. I literally counted and took pics of all but 6 vacuum stations broken with the hoses laying out in the parking lot. People were so frustrated trying to move their cars around, backing up ( in the wrong direction) just to wait to get to one of the few vacuums working. It is safe to say 9/10 times I go the tire shine is "broken" or they "ran out of fluid" I have been so patient with Zips and keep falling for their sweet $15 offer for the pro package. I called again today (becoming a 3-4 week phone call) just for him to "assure me".....get this....."the next time I go through either one of the locations near me all will be fixed. Is that not a lie? He then said that he will reduce my package to $12/mo. IT'S NOT EVEN WORTH THAT!!!!!! There is a new car wash in town and I am going to join the majority of the community and quit Zips! SOOOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING and this has been going on for over a year and a half. read more
