Vacuums are included and on both sides of the car for ease. Having the towels was awesome because I was able to make sure my car was shining when I left. I also loved that the drying cycle isn't just a fan. It includes heat, air and a buffer to go over the top of the car. I haven't been to a touchless wash that offers that.
