They do provide you with spray bottles vacuums and towels to finish the job. I was there for over an hour but I got my entire car clean all the sand and everything. The vacuum could've been a bit stronger but I understand. After using a little elbow grease my car was spotless. The finishing area is pretty shaded and covered and they replenish the towels and spray constantly. there isn't a rush you can take all the time you need. It was well worth the money.

This location is clean, ALL their equipment actually works, and their microfiber towels don't smell so bad you can't even use them on the outside of your vehicle. Highly recommend!!!!!

Came through here 3 months ago. Paid for "The Worx". The car wash sprayed half the car with one…read morechemical and the other half with three. I brought it to the managers attention and he said they were aware of it and gave me a voucher for 1/2 off my next wash. Wife used it. I came back in today,like I said, 3 months later. They still have the same issue!!! Brought it to the managers attention and at first he tried to BS me and say that the chemical is all the same and when I asked him why the different colors he answered "it's for customer comfort and appearance"!!! What type of BS answer is that? And if it is all the same, the left side of my car only got 1/3 of the chemical that the right side got!!! All he wanted to do was run it through again!! I decided to just let them finish and I will never give them another $.... Also you have to really inspect your car because they will blast through it and Miss whole sections! I had to point out the whole lower rear, they hadn't popped the trunk to wipe the jambs there (even though it's supposed to be done when paying for the top tier service) and I didn't see it before but they missed low along the drivers door. They have REALLY gone downhill in the last year!

Mr…read moreGuy was very helpful in taking time to explain the whole process and answering questions I had (I'm a bitttt of a question guy). The job was completed in a timely manner and with an accurate estimate that they gave me. Upon receiving my car, I was very happy with the fix and can't tell two panels were even damaged to begin with. They definitely went the extra mile and vacuumed some of the spaces in my car as well. I believe it was a fair price.

Avoid this place!! Dropped my car off for repairs 3 weeks ago and every time I call for an update…read morethe finishing date gets pushed back. They didn't notify me at all the finishing date was changing. Was told November 10th my car was in clean up and would be ready the next day. I call next day, and it's now in assembly. When I stated I was told it was in clean up, suddenly I was in the wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in the office, mind you they've told me that everyday for a week. Not even sure they HAVE a manager at this point. I showed up to pick my car up despite being told it wasn't ready, was told they're putting the glass piece in now and washing it up. My back window wasn't damaged at ALL when I brought it in. This place is sketchy and dishonest. I think they broke my back window doing repairs and didn't tell me and tried to hide that repair. They needed over $2,000 worth of supplement money from the insurance company who has already given $1,400 which was more than enough for the damage I brought in. I filed a complaint with the state but avoid this place at all costs. They are the most sketchy dishonest people I've ever had to deal with.
