August 2, I used Zips Car Wash in Siloam Springs. I had just purchased my car not even 3 weeks prior to going through this car wash. Upon coming out of the tunnel, I immediately drove home. Never did I imagine that it had damaged my vehicle. When I got out of the car, I immediately noticed the paint chipped away on the hood of my car. Upon further examination, I noticed more that was chipped off, as well as a scratch in the paint on the passenger side mirror. I tried wiping it off with a microfiber towel, thinking maybe something was just on it. The hood was definitely scratched. I returned to the store and spoke to the manager. She told me she would open a claim and then took me through the process. Several days later, I was notified by their company that they would not pay for the damage to my vehicle. They stated that if it was caused by them, there would've been more damage reported that day. What does that even mean?? Unless 10 people report damage, they aren't responsible for it?? The letter stated that they use soft-touch bristles. Funny story, a lady down the street has a red car and said the same thing happened to her and that's why she won't go back. There was not prior damage to my hood and I know for a fact it was done by their car wash. If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ZIPS! read more

Don't use this place the people are extremely rude and if you have an f-250 they will not allow you to pass through they claim you're too high Even though you fit under there measuring instruments. It's no wonder this place is never busy and the other one in town has a line out the door read more

The car wash part does a reasonable job but what they do horribly wrong they tell you they will give you three months free car wash for one price & then in less than a month They're already charging you again. What happened to the 3 months of free car wash's. I don't trust them. read more

Just renewed my membership and a few weeks later my card stopped working. The staff didn't know what was wrong... the manager didn't know what was wrong... multiple trips and it was still not working... Finally found out that they "discontinued" their Exclusive Access Loyalty Program - with no notice!! So customers should be loyal to them - but they have no loyalty to customers. Oh! And FYI - same company also owns boomerang car wash! And you thought it was competition, right? Nope! I will add that they've now offered to give me a gift card so at least I'm not out too much money - oh except for all the discounts on car washes I'll no longer get - for the rest of the year... read more

So last month I went to Zip and they were having a promo of $15 for 1 month of limited car wash. I accepted the promotion but what they failed to mention was this placed you in a membership for $35 a month...that's $420 a year. I was surprised when I saw the charges on my credit card...I called them and they will refund me and remove me from the membership...but I'm not doing business with people who are not honest and forthright! I try hard not to rate places so low, especially when there's no face to face contact, but I literally stopped my membership after moving to Siloam Springs because of this location. I have nothing good to say. I drive a perfectly normal hatchback, it's not lowered and is actually higher off the ground than my coworkers Honda. That being said I scrape my bumper every single time I come through this car wash. There is a dip down into the car wash and I'm just not a fan. I also dislike that the workers only spray down 1/2 of the front, and sometimes not even that. The car wash pushes in my mirrors leaving them 1/2 soapy when the wash is done, leaving a residue if I don't pull over and clean it off, and yet it doesn't even touch my doors and windows while I'm in the wash. If I wanted a touch less car wash I would go to a touch less car wash. I also dislike that a good majority of the time there are no clean towels to wipe down the car with and several vacuums don't work. On one occasion I actually waited over 5 minutes without an employee to come direct me into the wash. There was a line, there was honking, so I finally pulled it and did the wash. I didn't realize until later how dangerous that could have been if my tires hadn't have gone into the wash correctly. Oops! Overall I'm just fully dissatisfied, and as I said I did cancel my membership because I just couldn't and wouldn't go to this car wash any longer. read more

I love Zips car wash, this car wash does a great job.Always had great service at Zips. It's best if you buy the unlimited car wash for 14.95 a month. Plus they have free vacuums to use. So if your car is needing a cleaning bring it here. read more

The so called manager was very rude and has no idea how to tell people how to pull forward or move to the side with their hand signals and gave bath looks when my elderly grandmother couldn't understand what his hand motions where I mean hell I didn't even know what he was doing he was moving his hand in a circle. Then after we got out of the car wash there was a guy in the parking lot who wouldn't even stop to help us it's like the people at their JOB don't wanna stop and help the customers. It used to be a good establishment and now it's awful if I could give it -10 stars I would this place has just gone to shit, there was a sweet lady at the front taking the money and helping pick the wash's but other than that it's awful don't waste your time or money there. read more

Worthless. Parts of the wash don't work correctly. They make it nearly impossible to cancel membership. Have tried to cancel repeatedly over the last 3 months using their website with no reply from them and still charged each month. Called their corporate number. Repeated message that they were "experiencing large call volumes" several times and after 60 seconds, hangs up. Local number (conveniently for them) says they are having problems with their phones and have no idea when it will be fixed. read more

I've used this car wash for years even before it was a Zip's. Monday, February 14, 2022 I washed my wife's car. used the $10 basic wash which is the cheapest wash.(used to be a $7 wash) There was a big mud puddle right at the end of the car wash that you had to drive through to get out of the wash. I then went to the vacuums and the first four stations all had the hoses stopped up. I wound up finding one that wasn't stopped up and pulley the end off and took it to the station that my car was at and replacing that one. While vacuuming I noticed that the wheels on my car were still very dirty so I drove through the wash again this time using the $15 wash that was supposed to focus on the wheels and tires. After this wash I was not happy with the results.Whoever is managing this location is not doing a very good job. There was trash blowing all over inside the wash, the mud puddle really ticked me off also the vacuum ordeal was very aggravating. I hope they get their act together.. read more

There is always a portion not working properly if you upgrade to big blaster which they apply by hand but only wash driver side. Then 1/3of the time they have cones up because they are broke down, tired or break. The cones are up at 5:45 on Friday night. A little frustrating when you pay money they and wash once a week due to travel but really only twice a month because the cones are blocking the lanes. I never have an issue at sspringdaLe but it cost me $5 to drive therre. I can't wait for the new car wash to get built. read more

This Boomerang car wash left deep scratches on the bumper and quarter panels of my vehicle. The management refused to take responsibility. After talking to the local body shop to determine the cost of repair, I discovered that the problem is common at this car wash. Save yourself some trouble and cash and avoid the place. read more
