    My hoodie that was ruined by zips laurel, md location

    Please don't go to this Zips. The "manager" is a thief. I brought in an expensive hoodie in and when I get it back my drawstrings are gone. I was told that they don't cover damaged accessories. That I can understand but for a drawstring to leave the hoodie and the entire store. Todays drawstrings have metal pieces and distinguish designs so I can see why she would allow her or her staff to steal. The drawstring didn't go out for a smoke with the workers and just didn't return to my hoodie. I would never go back here only to watch them shut down this location. I got no response no consideration that I spent money on my clothes and then spent money on them to have my stuff not come back in a reasonable state. I wish I didn't have to give a star to this f*ck place.

    The service is too poor. Clothes always come back the same way with stains and perfume smell worn before sending in for services. This has been happening for more than 3 months and I can't continue to be ripped off like that. Y'all should improve because that is so ghetto. I want a refund! The other time my denim jacket went missing and till date, I can't find it.

    Update: So they put this reply here as if they care, but no one actually reaches out to you. This has to be a joke.... ------------------------------ I'm pretty sure my shirts and cloth didn't get touched when they cleaned it. Came back with with the exact crumb that had spilled on. I'll post a picture when I get a minute. It's really sad because their front descustomer service and timeliness seemed good but I guess you really can't clean it right if you are doing it so fast?

    I am so unhappy with Zip cleaners because they fail to take responsibility for ruining my wool coat. The manager left me a voice message stating that it is possible that the belt on my coat (which is polyurethane) could melt over time. What does over time mean? This is not acceptable. When I tried to call her back, she did not answer or not returned my call. After I file a claim, I will update my review. I'm also disappointed that now I have to find a new cleaners. This is bad business.

    Not happy. My shirts have a dark lint material imbedded in them. I can't get them off off using a lint roller. Will not go back.

    Lost half my clothes the first time using this service. Just got off the phone with "customer…read moreservice" and their solution is for me to file a claim where I send them pictures of my missing items. I don't know about you, but I don't have pictures of my socks and bras. And I don't make it a habit of taking pictures of the clothes in my hamper. When pressed, she said the company has photos they can use to find my items. If a representative bothers to respond to this review, don't believe anything they have to say about this being an anomaly. My clothes were delivered last night, yet when I texted customer service about my missing items, I got this form response: "Hi Crystal - I'm so sorry to hear about the issue with your order. To help us assess and resolve quickly, we'll need a bit more information. If your order was delivered in the last 14 days, please complete our simple claims form here: www.rinse.com/customers/claim. Please include: 1) Photos of the items 2) A link to where the item (or comparable) can be purchased online. If it has been more than 14 days, you can send this information here and we'll open a claim for you. Thank you - we're here to help." So you lose people's clothes often enough to have a canned response ready??? Do NOT use these people. I don't know where to begin replacing these items. I'm so glad I didn't let them dry clean my custom-made items. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau. Rinse should not be in business. Shame on you.
