They tried to cancel our appointment because we didn't reconfirm it. if I book an appointment it's booked. just charge me if I don't come. This is how literally every other medical office with whom I work does this. Also they have repeatedly provided receipts with none of the information you would need to claim it for FSA/HSA. It was super painful to try to get a real receipt. We've had to call them repeatedly to change our pharmacy for a prescription. Absolute incompetence.
