Her lounge/sitting area isn't the best of decor Ive seen for an office, which was kinda lame but that's my personal choice has nothing to reflect on her on duty as an MD. So I'm sitting there in these uncomfortable chairs that are closely packed side by side as if I'm in a platoon awaiting for some stumper mission to be handed down upon me, I am called to see Dr. Cestero. Kind & endearing women, but her english need work lol. Her first language is spanish so I was little off being that mi espanol es no bueno & no me praticar (and i dont practice) for the english speakers. So she is observing my condition & and mentions a reason for why it could have occured but the language barrier was difficult to overcome. Now for everyone who was spanish speaking (which was everyone) I clearly saw they were comfortable with her & that's great. Overall she was able to address my concern & her bedside manner was courteous for our language barrier but i would have liked to have asked more questions. All in all she diagnosed my condition on spot & its healing rather quickly, so kudos to Dr. Cestero!

She seems wicked smart, up-to-date, but also able to relate to her patients. Best of all, going to her offices feels like going to the spa rather than going to a gross grubby doctor's office! My issue began in 2020 at age 22; I started to notice a slight increase in pimples (my guess is due to a rise in stress levels). He quickly looked over my birth marks and said everything looked fine. He did not use a light, magnifying glass, or measure any of my birth/beauty marks. I was then into reception and told to come back next year for another appointment. How would the doctor know if there were any changes in size or look of these marks without any record/documentation of what they previously looked like? The only positive thing from my appointment was a younger girl who checked me out, she was extremely polite!

Received one return phone call over a 3…read moreday period and was then instructed him to take tylenol for the pain and to go to the ER if the problems persist. Insisted that if he was working that his colon could not have been perforated. After his ER visit and subsequent 7 day hospital stay including major surgery he showed absolutely no concern or remorse and no follow up phone calls were ever received. Do not use this "physician" under any circumstance.
