Back again! Always awesome pizza. Ingredients are fresh and so flavorful. Best dough. Love the customer service and check on tables. Super busy, service still attentive. Will be back again.

Looking for New York style pizza in Orange County? Then zoom over to Zito's Pizza on Tustin Street and get your pizza here along with the traditional Italian food favorites at this pizzeria which is one of 4 locations with this being the largest and includes an arcade! I came here with 2 other families which was a party of 12 including 6 kids and though there was no kids meal, we happily ordered a family style meal with salad, pizza, and the knots including fountain drinks. We had the dinner salad, spaghetti with marinara, cheese pizza, Zito's special, garlic knots, cinnamon knots, sugar knots, soda fountain drinks. My favorite was the pizza and knots especially the sugar knots. Everything was delicious and more than enough food to feed 6 adults and 6 boys; we even had some leftover because we were so full from the carb loading, well worth it though. The kids got to play in the arcade which had pinball machines ( Jaws & Venom), air hockey, basketball, Jurassic Park, and a racing game to name a few. This was an excellent place to have a meal and a play date all rolled into one. The staff were nice and accommodating, the venue was large enough for big parties, and parking was free with spots available. So for your next pizza outing whether it be for dine in or takeout, choose Zito's and mangia mangia (eat eat in Italian)!

I had some pizza from here on Halloween. The pepperoni with red onion was fabulous. The sauce and cheese were the perfect amounts. I also ate half a slice of cheese and took some home to my grandpa. I didn't order the pizza, but I can say it arrived quickly from the time it was ordered by my co worker..it was fabulous party food.

We love Zito's! We have been coming here for many years. Sadly, our order came out in different time increments. Pizza was great! Kids had fun. (It was for a football team end of season party) just wish that 3 people who ordered after us, got their pizzas and wings and salad before we got our sandwich. It was worth the wait!

Margherita...look at that crust!

We are big pizza fans. Always on the quest for a great pizza. We stumbled on Zitos and I cant think of enough adjectives on how good it is.. We tried 3 different pizzas. Let's start with the crust..cooked perfectly. Not flat, not overly doughy. We tried this amazing spicy honey one. (Never heard of honey on pizza) but WOW it was good. The Margherita pizza did not disappoint. Finally the Zitos special...FULL of toppings...I mean every space had toppings...they do not scrimp like most places...and the flavor....oh the flavor!!!! Soooo good. The sausage was exceptional. Don't forget the garlic knots dipped in homemade ranch.. Beers on tap and wine..we are definitely going back!

A delicious twist on cinnamon rolls!

We had an amazing time and absolutely delicious food at Zito's Pizza! I am very picky when to come to Alfredo sauce and have never liked it at restaurants, but Zito"s did a great job! I felt like I was eating homemade sauce with lots of garlic, the only way to go! I enjoyed the Bianca pizza as is and then I spruce up an individual serving with sausage, olives and basil. So so sooo good! My son who picks off mushrooms from pizza ate most of my pizza as is and said he's never liked mushrooms on a pizza until he tried Zito"s. That's a big wow! Besides the fantastic food, the service is amazing. Very attentive and friendly staff. The space is so big it's perfect for parties. Yelp should hold an event here! The owner came to our table and chatted with us. We love supporting a local business with great food and great people. We will definitely be coming back and become regulars. Definitely recommend Zito's.

Business Owner Steve!

GO HERE!!! If you want to feel ripped off by exorbitant prices for less than mediocre food, have to walk through a dirty entryway with food on the floor to pick it up & be misled by owner Steve's promises! (see pics below!) Steve...3 star average? You may want to update your mission statement. Only positive is young kid w/ long hair at the counter was really helpful (sorry we didn't catch his name). Last time for us at this establishment!

Zito's Pizza is a family fave. We have been here for baseball parties, soccer parties, birthday parties, NFL Sunday parties, and simply Friday dinner. The food is great. I typically go with the family meal deal that consists of pizza, garlic knots, and salad or soda. They have friendly service. The ambiance is New York and family friendly. The food really speaks for itself and it's delicious. My son loves the spaghetti and meatballs. See you next week Zito's!

Still, we want to support an OC local Business and not go with the National Chain where that is not the case.

I've been going to The Hive since it first opened. Like any new business, it had a few minor…read moregrowing pains at the beginning, but it has truly grown into a standout spot in the Anaheim Hills sports and live music scene. The venue features numerous screens throughout, making it a great place to catch all your favorite local teams--especially during playoff season. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, perfect for fans and families alike. I'm there most often for the live music. Harry, the owner, does a fantastic job booking a wide variety of bands, particularly on weekends--that's usually when my group and I head over. There's a spacious dance floor, and it's always a fun night for everyone who attends. The food is excellent with a solid variety of options, though I'd still love to see a big, classic hot dog added to the menu someday (hint, hint, Harry!). The service is consistently great, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. If you're in the neighborhood, I highly recommend stopping by to catch a game or check out a local band on the weekend.

Hi Melene Thank you for your response. I want to acknowledge…read morethat I did eventually sit down without being seated, and I understand that doing so was not consistent with your normal process. For that, I take responsibility. However, I believe your description leaves out important context that contributed to the situation. I waited in line like every other customer and spoke directly with the hostess. She was preparing to seat me, but then informed me that because I did not yet have all four members of my party present, I could not be seated. I explained that some members of my party were still looking for parking while others were on their way, and asked whether I could simply be seated as a party of one while I waited. I had driven a considerable distance specifically for this event and intended to purchase food and drinks. I was told that I could not be seated or served until the rest of my party arrived. What made this especially confusing was that the event had been advertised as first come, first served. Based on that advertising, I reasonably expected that arriving early and waiting in line would secure a place. Instead, I was told I could not be seated or served despite having arrived and waited my turn. Out of frustration, I briefly sat down hoping to get a drink of water and order food while waiting. When I was told I could not sit there, I immediately got up and left the table. I then asked whether there was anywhere else I could at least get food and water while waiting for my friends. Both the hostess and the manager informed me that I could not be served unless my full party was present. What further added to my frustration was watching a party of two get seated shortly afterward. Whether there were circumstances I was unaware of or not, it created the appearance that the policy was being applied inconsistently. My concern is less about being denied a table and more about the inconsistent messaging and customer experience. Had I been clearly informed in advance that "first come, first served" was subject to a full-party seating requirement, I would have planned accordingly. While I can acknowledge my role in the interaction, I believe there is also an opportunity for your business to reflect on how situations like this are communicated and handled. Customer dissatisfaction often comes not from the existence of a policy, but from inconsistent application and poor communication of that policy. Given the number of reviews expressing similar concerns, it may be worth considering whether there is a pattern that deserves attention. I wish your business success and appreciate you taking the time to respond.
