Second, they don't listen to what you want, I had asked for my eyebrows to be waxed and she ignored me and proceed to thread my eyebrows. There was one time when she didn't let the wax cool a bit before applying and it left a scar on my eyebrow and upper lip for a month, WHEN I HAD TOLD HER IT WAS TOO HOT INITIALLY. Gift Cards and discounts - This I do not get. It just seems bad business practice to have promotions void of using gift cards. My family has owned a business for 40 years and we treat gift cards or merchandise credit like cash or any other form of payment.
