I just got married on October 15, 2020. In the Buff Day Spa and Salon were amazing with all the pre-wedding activities. Me and my girls spent the day of the rehearsal getting mani/pedi and massages. It was a great way to relax pre wedding day. The next morning the staff spent all morning doing our hair and makeup! All 4 of us LOVED the results! Thanks to In the Buff Day Spa and Salon, my pictures turned out amazing! Also, we had a fabulous time with the staff. All the girls were great! Unreal. Gave my daughter a $100 gift card so she would be able to get some highlights. What highlights?! She ended up paying $140 and literally we had to go in the bathroom with all the lights on just to be able to see the difference. So sad. Was trying to give her a gift to make her feel good after having a baby and it ended up being a huge waste of time and money. I was really surprised that we were able to book all our appointments at the same time, which was awesome! We needed 2 pedicures and a massage. We booked an hour massage for one of us and 2 pedicures for the other 2. The waiting room area was really relaxing and comfortable. They offered complimentary wine (my family doesn't drink, so we passed). Unfortunately when we came in (5 min early) for our appointment, they weren't ready for us. So we had to shift the massage to a 30 min, which was sad bc my sister is pregnant, and y'all know an hour massage would have been a HUGE blessing to her pregnant self. They ended up starting the pedicures at 1:10pm (12:45pm appts). The two pedicure ladies were SO lovely. Incredibly friendly and professional and just the warmest most genuine personalities. The mini spa pedicures were quick and easy and efficient. Color selection is --I wouldn't say, plentiful. 12 modest rows of selections to pick from. I wish we'd started on time, to be able to relax more and not stress out about needing to run off to meet a realtor right after our appointments. For one of the pedicures, there was another client getting a facial and the pedicure lady had to leave for a bit to take care of the client. Which unfortunately, took away from the already rushed mini pedicure. All in all---I think if we had started on time, this would have been a 4 star pedicure experience for sure. For what we got, a solid 3. As far as the massage---goes, my sister really liked her massage and her massage therapist, Missy. She really valued The conversation she had with Missy and was absolutely grateful for her wonderful spirit, and wisdom she shared with her. For her massage experience, she'd give it a solid 4 stars. The location is located on a bit of a strip, and parking can be a little tight. The facilities are very clean and the restroom was very well taken care of. read more

My best friend bought us a coupon from Groupon to go together for me watching her animals while she was out of town. We went and were greeted right away. The staff was very friendly and they did an amazing job. I loved my facial and my massage. Missy you ROCK! I know I made her laugh a bunch of times due to me never having this sort of thing done. The did a great job. My makeup was the only issue. I am not one for extremely glossy lips and my goodness it looked as though I was a Hooker. Lmao! But the eyes and the foundation were right on! I took my wife there yesterday before our wedding. They charged me $170.00 for her hair and make-up. They didn't even wash her hair and she spent the entire drive to our wedding trying to "fix" what we paid 170 bucks for. (her eyelash extension fell off exactly 4 steps out of the front door) They promised to be done by 12:30 but finished at exactly 1:09. Our wedding started at 2:00 and we had an hour drive so guess what? Fellas...only take your girlfriends or wives here if you want to pay somebody almost 200 bucks just to make her cry. read more

Trying to keep you from my experience!I went into this salon to get low lights and High lights. They charged me $350 plus a tip. I ended up paying $420. When I got out of the salon, I could see that my roots were brassy red. I waited and washed it hoping that it would wash out but it did not. I called 3 days later to see if I could get an appointment to fix it. Left a VM that was never returned. My rule is that if someone doesn't want a customer satisfied, I won't go back. After talking to several people, I realized that is definitely twice what most places charge and if you include the tip, 3 times. Found someone who is working on fixing my hair. Buyer Beware !!! Bought my wife a gift card as I have done several times in the past. Got her the same package with the same add on as I always do. Full one hour massage with Mani. Pedi. Add on 30 minute Deep Tissue massage. Her first attempt at making an appointment was met with a rude and arrogant woman who told her she couldn't have an appointment for all the things she wanted and ask for the serial number on the gift card, REALLY ??? Second attempt at making an appointment was met with a different but equally rude and arrogant woman, same thing, could not have all done in one day a told her she would have to divide it up over a couple visits but could make an exception is she didn't mind a man giving her the massage, WHAT ??? My wife like most women does not want a man doing their massage. Third attempt was met with a very friendly and helpful woman who had no problem scheduling her an appointment for all she wanted. Finally ! I brought a bottle of wine a day prior to be served during her visit as I have always done in the past. Her visit went like this, one hour massage, that's it, even though I bought the extra 30 minute Deep Tissue massage. When questioned they said that they had combined the two, funny never like this in the past not to mention I paid for both and expected both as done in the past. They did offer her to come back another day for the other 30 but that is missing the whole point. Not what I paid for. The wine was served hot, spa temperature not chilled as they have always done in the past. Not to mention she had to ask for her glass to be refilled repeatedly, they never asked or offered. This was never an issue before. I thought this was supposed to be a day of pampering ? During the manicure asked for nail tips. She was told they could not do nail tips. HUH ? You've been in the spa business for many many years and you can't do nail tips ??? Don't know what has happened ? Never was like this before. Exceptional! Even though I was from out of town, therefore probably not going to be a regular customer, I received excellent services. Mini-massage (only regret was it was only 30 minutes), wonderful facial and pedicure. Relaxing atmosphere. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely book services here. DO NOT USE! I go up to pay my bill for a haircut, highlights, and style.....$335.00!!!!!!! Yes, you read correctly! The girl working the front desk quoted a much LOWER price or I never would have gone there! AND it took 4 hours (I don't have long hair) while she worked on 3-4 other clients while I sat. She refused to change the price and added extra charges and never discussed them or mentioned them. I would never recommend anyone go to this salon. She was very rude and arrogant about the whole situation. There are WAY too many good stylists to choose from and to think she thought her work was worth $335. I don't think so! I do not recommend In the Buff Salon and Day Spa. I received a Christmas gift card to their salon. ITB told me it would be kept on file a year. I called to set an appt. in April, they confirmed they had my gc. I didn't go bc I was 8 mo pregnant. I called last week. They magically had no record of my gc. The person that purchased it for me called, and they still couldn't seem to find it, nor honor that it ever existed. They told me he said he bought the gc elsewhere, and he NEVER said that.
