This was 2 years ago , This guy was always available and accommodating to my requests and questions. Actually we called him like 5 times feeing hesitant to actually tow our car because its an old car that we were about to just give up on and abandon. But once we finally decided to keep and fix it, Sakonin Towing was our guy. Im sure he was annoyed of us but even if he was(!), he was there for us when we needed him the most and that type of service is very much appreciated. I had to call this tow company twice. The first time I had broken down on the freeway and I was blocking the offramp. I did a quick search on Google and located south with great reviews on that site. He answered his call immediately and he was close by so was there and just moments. He was pleasant and professional. I had him till my car to the dealership and thought I would not be interacting with him. I kept his card in my wallet because I did want to give him a good review and I'm so grateful because in less than a week after the dealership told me my car was fixed, I was broken down on the freeway again. Seth seriously saved the day for our family. We have a larger vehicle that requires a special tow and he made it to us in 10 minutes. The tow was a short distance, but it was faster than any other tow company would have been at this hour (Monday, 4:30pm). He was delicate with my truck and didn't harm my 24" rim even though I had a completely flat tire. He respected me and at no point assumed I didn't understand the process or about cars. He explained the charge very well and was polite the whole time. Excellent customer service. Fair price as well. This place sucks. Truck broke down at 9 pm and was in the middle of the street. The driver arrived and asked me many times "if I had money to pay for the tow". There was no reason for this person or company to wonder if I had the finances to pay for the service, and it defies logic to think that I would let them take my car if I wasn't planning on paying. They charged me $385 for a tow that should have cost $200 or so according to every other company. The only reason I paid is because my vehicle was in the middle of the road blocking peoples driveways. I will tell everyone for the rest of my life to avoid this company. The rude driver also told me "I Lead, I don't follow" when I asked him to follow me to the location trying to be helpful. Never again. read more

Initially I gave the wrong place, but the driver persevered, and when he arrived, he got the tire changed quickly, and carefully guided me into traffic. After getting a flat tire at almost 10pm and with no spare, I went online and literally called the first towing company I found and I was lucky to have him come over in under 25minutes. When I was sitting outside Starbucks drinking some coffee I saw a tow truck operator cleaning out his truck in the parking lot and just throwing the garbage on the pavement. I said to him "I hope you're not going to leave that garbage on the pavement' and he said " that garbage came from your car" I said " What? No it didn't" and then I decided to end the conversation if he's just going to be an idiot. It's ironic they advertise junk removal and yet they have drivers who throw junk around. I tried calling the company to talk with someone but got no answer. Pretty rude employee. So I just got a call from somebody (may have been the driver) When I explained what happened he said "Are you trying to give my driver a hard time?" I hung up. Not very professional. read more

First time I've ever had to call for any type of roadside assistance and with two kids in the car, I was a nervous wreck! The driver (wish I got his name) showed up in 45 mins and was friendly, courteous, professional, etc. even with my screaming, pissed off kids lol Took about 10 mins to change the flat and off we went!
