She is meticulous with taking her time to map out my brows to be symmetrical and fit my face. After she brow mapped my eyebrows, she explained what she would be removing and if I was okay with the shape of the brow. She also educated me on what my brows looked like filled in and what shades to use. I enjoyed my first brow mapping/eyebrow wax, will be coming back soon to keep my eyebrows in shape. The owner who did the nails was not careful and cut the skin and it bled a lot without the owner apologizing or saying anything and no first aid was done. Now, we have to spend more money for the treatment and worry for the family member's health hoping she'd be okay. The staff are always in a hurry to get you out and the service is HORRIBLE! The wait time is super long with or without an appointment. I would give a negative ten rating if I could.
