The service was excellent. The quality of treatment was above and beyond in the vibe was very comfortable with people of all ages having all sorts of treatments done. A couple of ladies next to me seem to be regulars and we're just chatting away the whole time. I can tell another 30 something-year-old blonde payment and was a regular customer. Every technician handled their clients with utmost respect and care. I even brought my dog, Chloe, a Chiweenie and they loved having her there. Super cute salon located in South Austin! Spacious, TONS of nail colors and the friendliest staff! Had a standard pedicure with sugar scrub ($40) and I was surprised everyone on Yelp was saying the prices were high - I thought they were very upfront with the pricing and asking which options you'd like to include or exclude. My cuticles were absolutely destroyed, my nails are crooked and my nails are sore from over filing the sides of my literal skin. I did hard gel and there was no apex, it's uneven and streaky with splotches over the nails. They charged me $70 (plus credit card fees $1.25) this is absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. I would highly recommend anywhere else. There were no visible licenses out, I am pretty sure the guy who did my nails didn't even have one as he rushed this whole process never put any prep on nails and cut me repeatedly. read more

I really like this place. They have a wide variety of options for your nails or your toes. They have a very extensive pedicure menu that covers everything you can think of. The average cost is about $50 for a really thorough pedicure with massage. Let me tell you the massages are so worth it and better than any pedicure I've ever had. If you know sometimes they barely brush your skin and call it a massage, not here. It's wonderful. You can also get paraffin wax add-ons as well. My favorite is the stress relief pedicure with the CBD oil. I'm very particular about my nails and their shape. The staff I've worked with has been very patient and understanding, they rarely rush me and make sure that I'm happy every step of the way. Including the length and cut. The wait times can vary depending on the day, but I always try to call ahead to see how long the wait might be. If I can. I make the reservation which I would recommend if you know your schedule ahead of time. Everything here is very clean and something to note that bothers me about most nail places is there is not a smell here. You can sit there in peace and not worry about the chemical odor that frequents mamey nail places. This is my go-to place and I'm so grateful to have found it since moving here about 2 years ago. It's been very challenging to find a place that understands what I want when it comes to my nails. I will definitely be coming back multiple times! Yesterday was my first visit to Znith and I will not return. I didn't have an appointment, but was seated at station 8 right away for an acrylic fill. It took awhile for the technician to get situated and actually start. He seemed very distracted throughout my time there and left several times during my session, not great customer service. After he finished filling the acrylic, he said "let dry" and then left. I thought it was very odd he left me sitting there for a full 5 minutes while he disappeared somewhere. While I was sitting there, I began looking around and noticed the environment was very dirty. There was literally a pile of finger nails clippings to my left, on the table where I was getting my nails. Also, there was a very thick layer of dust collected on the table and light stand. Considering we are in a pandemic, I don't believe this to be a hygienic environment at all. The polish job was sloppy and I had polish on my skin around my nails when I left. I was charged $55 for an acrylic full with gel polish. I find it odd the prices aren't listed on their website or anywhere in the salon for that matter. I honestly don't believe I received what I paid for, certainly not the kind of experience I'm looking for when I get my nails done. read more

Everyone here is so friendly. My sister and I have been coming for years. Jack, his wife, and their whole staff are so welcoming. We now bring my mom, my daughter, and my adolescent son, too. My son plays soccer and has frequent toe nail chipping, breaking, or has had his toe nail entirely fall off. Jack helped us understand what was happening with his toe nails and how to care for them. Hi Yelpers! Bad news and good news. First, I really wanted to love this place. I went in for a pedicure for my bday. They offered water and champagne. I received a pedicure from Eric who was kind for the most part. Similar to other reviews the pedicure did seem a bit rushed. I recall checking in with him to see if did certain steps because he went so fast but that really isn't the reason for the 3 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is because when he finished painted my toes (which I will say he did a great job) he stated "I don't want to be racist when I say this, but black women, you look good in light color, don't get the dark color." From the moment he said "I don't want to be racist," it was in that moment lbs I knew he was about to say something racist. Let me just say, I don't think he had ill intentions however, I cant bring myself to be okay with the lack of cultural awareness and microaggressive behavior. So unfortunately I won't be returning which really sucked because while the pedicure wasn't the best he did a great paint job on my toes. The polish lasted for quite some time and he cut them the way I love for them to be cut. Man I really wanted this spot to work. Pedicures range from $40+ so not bad considering the current state of the economy. On the plus side I did end up meeting this really cool person who was also getting a pedicure (she said hers was ok as well). Sucks we won't run into each other anymore since I won't be going back. read more

This place seemed nice however, where do I start?! I made an appt for when they opened and when I arrived they seemed confused and it was obvious an appt didn't matter. I personally had my eyebrows done. It was the only place I had been and believed from myself and my Dr that I got hives on my back. Whatever chemicals they use to wipe down the bed its clearly strong. Next, my daughter had a mani and pedi. She had tiny cuts on at least 3 fingers/toes due to being too close with cuticle cleaning. She wanted a design, that didn't last the entire day. There was hair located in the water where my feet were submerged. 4 of my toes have scabs from being cut at the cuticles. They are charging extra for the callus removed now too? T did excellent work, checking the photo I showed her after completing each step, to make sure that my nails weren't shaped wonky.
