Brad Zobel sanded my floor against the grain leaving stripes down my floors.

Do not hire Bradley Zobel of Zobel Home Repair. Not only did he ruin my floors by sand against the wood grain, but he lied to us, charged by husband more money then he quoted us in a signed contract, and he did not even use enough polyurethane to cover the floor once let alone the recommended 3 coats. He left 2 bucket prints and several boots prints on the floor. He has refused to give us any of our money back, including the $80 he overcharged us.

This company is horrible Bradley came and made a mess and ruin other things in the process of doing the job that he was hired to do. My husband and I hired Bradley to take stucco off of our foundation, he was supposed to tap off all loose parts, anything that was hollow behind it and resurface. Needless to say when my husband and I got home from just going to have breakfast, I thought it was strange that the whole thing was done, ( arrived around 9:20am, left around 11:45am) and he was just finishing up so I asked did you tap off all the old stuff? Yes I was told by Bradley. Bradley had also told my husband and I that it would take more than a day to dry so we weren't able to touch it so we took him at his word. ( My mistake). After he left I noticed that there was mortar everywhere, so my husband tried to call him around 4:00pm and there was no answer so we texted him, and his response was oh so you want another coat, you paid me for the job and that will cost more! My response to that was I took you at your word so should I have only given you half the payment and then after it dries check it out then give you the rest of the money? There was mortar everywhere. On my siding, Belgian blocks, my patio, the hoses that Bradley used and my evergreens, and then some.

From start to finish, Victor and the 2 other men on the team were knowledgeable, professional, and provided timely responses. Victor came out for the estimate and pointed things out that I never would've thought of. When I told him I was looking to save money by doing as much work as I could myself, he told me what would reduce costs (like removing carpet and as much furniture on my own as I could) and what splurges might not be worth it (matching laminate quarter-round and replacing my trim - I could just re-paint it). After choosing this company for the job, Victor answered additional questions and was very accommodating with scheduling the install. His brother and one other man came right on time yesterday to install. They were efficient (finished in about 5 hours and never took a break!), professional, and friendly. When finished, they asked to make sure things were cleaned up enough for us. They called Victor for me before leaving to ensure I was ok with the price of the job (which was right in line with the estimate given previously), and so I could ask him any questions. I would highly recommend Construction on Time for your renovation project. I will be reaching out to them for any future projects.

Installed new stair treads and rebuilt some of stairs that required it. He also gave us some ideas on work we whaving done by others contractors. He was great to work with. I can't believe it has taken me 6 months to give a review because I was truly pleased with his work.

Stop right here. Look nowhere else. I have done the legwork for you!…read more In 2018 we had Steve and at least 5 other contractors come out to give us a quote on our kitchen remodel. After meeting Steve, there was an authenticity about him that none of the other contractors possessed. Every question that we asked him, he was up front, honest and listened intently to our wants and needs. After receiving many quotes, unfortunately then, we knew we had to save up before we could afford to have our kitchen done. Fast forward to the end of 2019 and we were ready to take the plunge! We knew that Steve was our guy. We gave him a call, he came back out several times to take measurements, design, etc. We had a start date of March 2020. Surprise... COVID! Everything was in limbo and we decided it was best to wait. Finally come August 3rd, 2020 Steve and his helper started demo work. Our final completion date was mid October. During construction time, I had two other friends getting their kitchens done as well. The horror stories they told me of their contractors being late, not being honest, charging more than what the contract stated, etc. had my husband and I feel like we hit the jackpot finding Steve. Many contractors now a days sub everything out and don't lift a finger. Not this guy! He is there every day, doing the work, and is passionate about his craft. He is meticulous and will not cut corners, leaving you a project that you are proud of. Steve is arguably the hardest working human my husband and I have ever met. When you hire Steve, you don't just get a contractor, you get a friend...that turns into family. My husband, my two children and I fell in love with Steve. He brought us joy daily during the two months he was with us and has become part of our extended family. We miss seeing him frequently, but now get to enjoy the work he did on our home daily. All of our friends and family that have walked into our home think we hired a high end contractor and designer for our project. We hired an expert handyman - the name says it all. Expert work at a fair price. Future customers, you can thank me later. ;)
