There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.

La construction, ça a été bof. le service après construction -1000000 / 10 Mg2 c'est la même affaire, je voulais déplacer mon panneau électrique avant la construction. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas finalement, quand c'était trop tard, ils l'ont fait pour un extra. Pas suivi les plans électriques, Lumière extérieure manquante, Switch mal positionné, Gradateurs manquants, Thermostat manquant, Electricité pas selon le code électrique à certains endroits (je suis électricien) La compagnie d'excavation, je ne sais pas. Mais a chaque jour je passais voir l'avancement et l'opérateur de pelle était sur son cellulaire pendant que je payais son temps double et que son helper était assis. bref, je suis en tabarnak et toutes les fois qu'arrive une nouvelle surprise ça me rappelle que c'est un cauchemar comme première maison

Logan was extremely argumentative and disrespectful and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. In addition, I consulted 4 separate contractors after the fact, who were in utter disbelief of the poor work of a "professional" contractor Logan took over $4,000 from us, pocketed the money, and used old and damaged materials that would cause significant damage in the near future. To remedy the mistakes Logan made would cost us a minimum of $2,000. Which doesn't include the $10,000+ to complete the job. He takes full advantage of his customers, I am not the first as you can see in reviews on google and the BBB I was referred to him by my realtor and it has been the worst mistake we've made. To sum it up... Logan failed to perform the work he was contracted for in a workmanlike manner and, in doing so, caused additional damage requiring an additional expenditure of $2,000 to repair and remediate the damage caused by his negligence.
