Came here for a manicure/pedicure before my baby shower. My appointment was at 10am. The lady at the front desk was friendly and took me back to my appointment right away. I was offered a drink and my manicure began right away. I had booked the deluxe manicure and pedicure, which there is no description of on their site but when I've gotten it at previous Neil salons has included a hand/foot massage, foot scrub, and typical nail shaping/cuticle clean up with polish application. On their site it says each should be 50 minutes. I should have known this appointment go as planned when the nail technician didn't talk to me other than to ask what color I wanted. While she seemed friendly, she never once asked how I liked my nails until she was finished. She asked if I wanted my nails trimmed/filed and I said yes. I didn't notice until the manicure was over that my nails were uneven and barely any shorter than what I came in with. Also, when putting lotion on my hands she spent maybe 2-3 minutes massaging my hands and then proceeded to wipe the lotion off with a cold washcloth. Afterwards, she began applying the base coat, which she did so with a paint brush and did not cover the entire nail. She applied the nail polish in the same technique. The polish did not go on very smoothly and she did about 3-4 coats before she applied the top coat. Once she was finished she told me the polish was old and asked if I wanted to redo the polish with something different. I was very dissatisfied with the manicure but I had already spent over an hour in the chair and my baby shower was in two hours. I didn't have time to waste getting it redone. The pedicure went much the same way. My toenails were barely trimmed and I didn't know it until I got home and was able to have a closer look. Barely any foot rub and foot scrub completed. Considering that barely anything was done, you would expect the nail appointment to fly by but my pedicure took another hour. By the time I was finished it had been over two hours for manicure/pedicure. Due to how much time had been taken to complete my nails, I was behind and knew I wouldn't be able to go home and do my hair before the baby shower so I chose to get a blow dry and style. My hair stylist was very nice and took her time to wash/condition my hair. Normally I would be grateful that she was taking her time but I told them I was in a rush now and needed to be quick. I have had a blow dry/style done before and it took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The stylist opted to curl my hair with a curling iron but proceeded to spray so much hair spray that I began coughing and told her I don't use much hair spray at home because my hair holds a curl very well. She did cut down on the hair spray but still continued to use it. My hair looked very good but due to the amount of hair spray she used, it took 3 washes to get the hair spray out the next day. Also, it took about an hour to complete my blow dry/style. At this point I was already late for my baby shower and was in a rush to check out. I went to the counter and the lady sitting there was new and didn't know how to check someone out. They asked for another person to come to the front desk and was told she was on her way up. After a few minutes she had still not come and I told them again that I was in a hurry and really needed to check out. They went back again to get her and when she came up she was on the phone. She then proceeded to take her time teaching the other lady how to check someone out. Since I had a coupon they made me text an image of it to her and then the new lady struggled to figure out what $15 off $105 was and kept trying to charge me full price. I wound up spending another 15 minutes to check out. Overall I spent over 3 hours at this salon and walked out feeling totally unpampered, wound up with a chipped toenail that same day and a terrible manicure that looked like a child had done it. There is no way I will be back to this salon. All I can say is make sure you have all day to spend here and don't need to be somewhere. I am giving two stars for the friendly service and my hair at least looking nice, but everything else was poor quality. read more

She is wonderful, very talented and does an amazing job of the hair services asked of. Above all, she is the most warm, lively and cheerful person who makes you feel happy and satisfied for not only the service she performs but for the entire session there. I really hate to do this because the lady that did my hair was really nice but I've been crying since I got my hair done yesterday. She cut off most of my hair about 5 inches even though I asked to trim but please keep some length. I asked for side sweep bangs and just have an akward chunk of short hair on the side. I asked for light brown highlights and it's some weird ashy tacky blonde color that fried my hair and doesn't go with my skin tone. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable here! When I walked in, the front desk person greeted me warmly and got me in for an immediate consultation with Hedy. I wanted to do something pretty dramatic with color as well as get a cut. Hedy recommended going slowly with the color to not cause too much damage, and after I showed her what I liked on Pinterest, she came up with a style recommendation as well. I left, thought about it for a few hours, and was able to return for a cut that day. The Kerastase products applied to my hair left it feeling smooth and healthy. The cut was great; I felt that Hedy listened very well to what I wanted and delivered. I got a style that I can maintain easily and looks clean. I also noticed how the other employees treated each other. Everyone seemed to help each other out. It made for a great, no tension/no drama, relaxed and happy atmosphere (I've been to salons where the employees are gossiping about each other and their clients right there-- it's ridiculous). There was no hard sell of products either. I will be back to start the color process I'm thinking of-- I trust Hedy to do it right. So I called this random salon seeing it had 5 stars on Yelp and asked to book for a color correction they said they could get me in the next day with a person name ensieh. Sure so I went in for my appointment I had orange hair and wanted my hair toned out to a silver but told her she didn't have to get it to silver if she couldn't I don't mind going darker she said let me see went to the back for a while came out said ok I have to re bleach your hair again and then apply the color the total cost will be 240. If I wanted some hair treatment later cause it might be damaged it will be an extra 30 Bucks she said think about it and I didn't say nothing . so she rebleached my hair and then washed it out. Then applied something else that takes the orange color out and it was burning my head so bad so I told her that she said oh poor thing but I wanted to leave it in longer so the color will turn out but this stuff was literally burning my head I could bearly hold still so I grabbed a magazine to fan my head that's when she said oh just use a blow dryer on cold air and it should feel better and it did but was still burning like shit. Then she goes and washes may hair out and said she was putting some awesome conditioner on there I was like whatever she did not tell me this conditioner she used was gonna be extra on my bill I didn't like the fact that the entire time I was there she had no clue what she was doing and had to ask her coworker for help and thank god for her coworker Angela or God knows how my hair would look. I had to go to an engagement dinner by 6 and at this point it was 6:30 and she wanted to curl my hair so she could take an Instagram pic I said no I got no time for that. She told me to come back in the morning for a glaze cause my hair was looking green. I said ok but are you gonna charge me? She said yeah and the receptionist said no there's no extra charge. Btw I asked for a choppy layered hair cut and she fucken gave me a blunt cut I looked like I was 6 years old . She charged me 290 in the end for green silver fucken hair that was cut like a fucken bob worst hair cut for 75 bucks this lady doesn't know what the fuck she's doing probably just started hair dressing and wait for it it gets worst. so I left the next morning I came back in she gave me a glazed and then blew dried my hair and asked if I wanted curls or straighten it I said whatever I don't care she said curls will look nicer I said whatever sure so she plugs in her curling iron and I said u gotta fix this hair cut I want choppy layers for my hair not this so she runs her scissors through to try and layer it out and it looks the same shit, I said nothing I was so over it. While I was sitting there I noticed his brown stop on the side of my side burn I said what is that color left over so she try's to wipe it off it wouldn't come off she said oh it's prob here before !!!!! I said no it's prob bleach that was left from yesterday not washed all out and she goes u can apply makeup to it to cover. So I thought it was bleached that was the spot and it was never washed off. But now it's been two days and it turns out my whole scalp is burned with tons of circle Scabs everywhere on my head from her burning my head with her color she put in I have about 20 brown spots on my head. I attached pics to show u guys. Back to my story So then she puts curls in my hair and tells the receptionist to take a pic of my hair. Then she try's and sells me all this hair care crap for my hair knowing that I have a Cosmo license and I could buy that wholesale I said nope don't need it and got up to go tip her at the receptionist desk and the receptionist tells me I owe her 35 for styling my hair and curling it at this point I was livid I didn't ask for curls u curled my hair so you could take a nice Instagram pic and ur charging me for it. I left her a fucken tip anyway and left never coming back. My whole head hurts and I have tons of brown scabs everywhere from her burning my head. WARNING!!!!!! Do not go to her she doesn't know what she's doing and burned my head I am so pissed right now and to top it off my hair is so dead her deep conditioning didn't work for 30 bucks. Btw I have a short bob when I came in so it wasn't like my hair was super long for her to go charge me an arm and a leg and burn my scalp now I need to go see a fucken doctor for my head!!!!! Do NOT consider this salon! Since my trusted salon does not carry HaloCouture extensions, I went to Zolf Salon to place an order. I met with Anjila (the Owner) for a consultation to choose the perfect color match and length. Anjila suggested a particular hair length which seemed much longer than my natural hair (not to mention considerably more expensive than the length that was closest to my actual hair length) but I decided to trust her professional recommendation. When I returned to the salon to pick up the extensions, I had another consultation with Anjila and she demonstrated how to wear and care for the extensions. I immediately noticed that the length was noticeably longer than my natural hair, making it look completely unnatural and ridiculous. Anjila did not offer to trim and blend the extensions but recommended that my Hair Stylist take care of this for me. I made an appointment with my Stylist and she was very confused as to why they ordered extensions that are over 4 inches longer than my natural hair. My Stylist called Zolf salon to ask if they would exchange (not return) the extensions for the shorter length since the length that they was ordered was incorrect. My Stylist spoke with the Receptionist at Zolf whom was extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, yelled at my Stylist and accused her of trying to steal the sale of the transaction (what?!?). I then called Anjila to ask if she would exchange the extensions for the appropriate length and she refused. She did not apologize for ordering the wrong length, she was extremely rude by speaking over me, constantly interrupting me and not allowing me to speak. I was appalled by the immature level of customer service provided to me. I am annoyed that she recommended extensions that are not a good fit for me and more expensive than the length that should have been suggested. I am out $400 for extensions that do not work with my hair. Do yourself a favor and please do not waste your money and time with this inexperienced and unprofessional salon. read more

I see Asfani and she is very nice and gives a great hair cut. However I don't love her color work. If you are blond and want highlights and low lights she is always pushing to dye your roots first. It's a bad look. I have been burned twice. It leave a dark line around your crown. And dark patch and streaks in your hair. The highlights start an inch or more off the root and then you need to deal with root grow out. That is what I'm trying to avoid with the highlights. Bottom line I feel this is just an up-sell but it really ruins the whole look of highlights. read more

This review is for Haley Hendricks. The first few times, I only dared to get trims given my previous bad experiences at other salons. I noticed how Haley never did anything other than what I asked for so I decided to trust her with a little bit of color. The previous bad experiences had left me with grown out and dull hair color I was enduring until it grew out. She listened to how I didn't have much time or a budget to maintain highlights and she explained about and recommended I do a combination of ombre and balayage, which are basically highlights painted on so that the color that I had would be blended in by a nicer shade. This would also allow more time in between touch ups. Nervously I went for it, and I am so happy with the results. She really did nail the shade I was hoping for and I have gotten so many compliments. Haley is also very accommodating. I have two jobs so finding a time to go can be tricky for me. She has always found a way to take me and devotes the entire time to me (no squeezing me in between cuts and blow dries) which I genuinely appreciate! Talk about an ideal experience. After several horrible experiences with my long time stylist I felt I had to make a change. I am big in reviews and customer opinions and was very happy to read the feedback for this Salon. I booked a consult and they were able to see me the next morning. I was partnered with Ensieh and she was wonderful. She was warm and friendly right away. I told her that I had been wanting to go from my washed out blonde to a richer color and have just been unsure. I have also been using fusion extensions and needed them redone. After speaking to Ensieh, she encouraged me a richer color would bring out my features, and wanted me to consider giving tape ins a try. My hair is fine and she advised it would be gentler for my hair. Even though my consultation was scheduled for 15 minutes, she never once worried about time and discussed tape ins, color matches and how we would proceed. She even got second opinions and advise from her colleagues, something I really liked. Within a few days I was back in her chair, nervous for so many changes and something new. She took her time as she wanted everything to be perfect. It was going to be a long appointment and she made sure I was comfortable, offered me snacks and drinks and things to read. She was very attentive. The Owner of the Salon also made it a point to come over, chat, offer help, check on things and checked on me often if I needed anything. Once it was all said and done my hair turned out AMAZING. The color was perfect! It matched the extensions perfectly right down to the highlights! I could not believe it. The tape in extensions were so soft and shiny and felt so great. It was all beyond my expectations. I have never once left a salon with tears of joy until that day. One of the best salons I have been to. Came in to get a balayage done, came out with expected results. The ladies there are very educated on hair care and hair style and know what they are doing. As well as perfecting the look, they advised me on how to recondition my hair as well as using not as damaging products to do the style.
